We needed it and enjoyed it
Pros:

Right on the water. Very convenient for shopping, beach access, etc

Cons:

The people above me smoked marijuana on their balcony and the odor came into my room via the air conditioning. Not the hotels fault

Besides the 2 issues the rest was pleasant

Liked the view room was clean easy parking

Cons:

When we got there the elevator didn't work so we had to carry luggage and things up a flight of stairs when we got to room sheets and everything felt sticky

The bathroom was really small, and odd. I had to sit at an angle while going to the bathroom. Also, the shower had weird proportions.
