Pros:

The bedding was comfortable and the update rooms was nice and the small balcony was nice

The hot tubs were not hot maybe lukewarm the inside ones and outside was plain cold

Run a marathon to Gulf Shores
Pros:

The location was amazing, close to everything shopping/restaurants. We had a balcony view of the Gulf which was superb. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchenet was convenient when hungry/thirsty at anytime.

Pros:

Just needed a reset. It was relaxing to put everyday stress to the side. The view from my room was nice and I enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Staff was friendly. Great beach access. Room was clean. Really had no complaints. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

The Restaurant was closed and is only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. That was disappointing because the restaurant is one of the reasons we chose this location. However the facility was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was well maintained and the grounds were well cared for. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay and we will stay there again.

Cons:

Not knowing the restaurant was closed Monday through Thursday was our biggest disappointment. We could hear the guests talking in the next room so we knew if we could hear them they could hear us. So we will be careful about the room we book the next time.

Cons:

Unable to use the outdoor pools (couldn't open the gates). Booked this hotel based on the fact it had an indoor pool When we got there they said it was closed. Overpriced.
