Pros:

Although the front desk staff was courteous, the room was absolutely disgusting with mildew, mold on furniture, and air conditioning unit created a very damp room. Having a dissatisfied stay, I requested direct follow-up from the hotel management, and have yet to hear from them within 5 days.

Provided shelter but won’t stay again.

The hotel hadn’t taken the consideration to properly clean & disinfect a non-smoking room that had been smoked in. The room needed an old fashioned dusting. the shower bench & water handles were covered in soap scum that simple baking soda would remove. The upstairs neighbors were so loud, I should’ve called the police after 10pm. The breakfast & staff were good.
