Amazing value and amazing location and view
Great great location in Uptown Sedona. Brittany at the front desk is so helpful and informative about Uptown. One of the very best views from each of the rooms balconies. Nice pool and of course they offer free breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruits, and all the breakfast food items you could think of. Very very glad we stayed at this location as the second Best Western a few miles away isn't located near the tour companies like Pink Jeep and Sedona Trolley Tours. This place is in the middle of many great places to eat and tons of gift shops.
Beds could use some updating.
Disappointing stay in Best Western Arroyo Robles. The hotel is quite nice, airy, well located with nice views of the mountains if you pay for them, plus a small outdoor pool. However, for the price we expected a premium experience and it certainly didn't deliver that. The decor was generally faded and breakfast pretty revolting, served on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery in what my wife described as "the most depressing room in America". The staff were OK but unhelpful on a few points and we generally got the sense that they knew their custom tends to be once off and their aim was to get us through and get our money with the least effort and resources wasted on their part. If you get this hotel for $150 then sure, its worth it, if you pay more than twice that you're wasting cash on a well appointed travel motel.

I’ve waited long enough for a response from Rita and management. My nightmare stay started with waking up after the first night to almost 20 bites on my leg and a cluster on my hand. Contrary to what management said, I know they aren’t mosquitoes because I’m allergic and would swell up with bullous blisters if they were. They also don’t bite in clusters. They moved us to a new room but my husband left the family’s swimsuits in the first room and nobody told us for the remaining two nights and three days that our stuff was still in the first room. When we got back home and the kids had no swimsuit for their swimming lesson, I called the hotel. I received many promises of someone getting back to me, but zero apology and no explanation. I would’ve sent you a shipping label to just mail our stuff back. Instead, you act like there is no internal control and that you can’t get an answer from housekeeping. That’s BS. And I’ve worked with corporate internal controls. Stay here if you want to get feasted on by bugs and have your stuff taken by hotel staff.
Pleasant staff. Room adequate, it is in a great location. As much as I recognise deals are made with local business - discount card, this is nice. Would be good to extend to a wider variety. The location was great ideal for easy access to all major attractions and I liked how we could walk around the amenities in the evening without driving, and have a wine or two! Breakfast was good and the staff were efficient. One young server was particularly adept in keeping the dining room clean and tidy. Food well presented and stocked, plenty to go around.
The bathroom too cramped, small, and the sink was in the room!!
The view from the balcony was of the main road - I would rather have had a view over the hills.
I don't agree with payment for parking - everyone going here has a car for transport - this should be part of the service provided by the hotel. Also it is better to see the actual final sum when you are booking - NOT all the add ons when you are settling the bill. There should be water provided in the room this would have been good. Most big hotel chains do this.
The amenities, pools, steam room, location.
The cost of parking $75 a day.
View was awesome
