Comfortable and safe
Pros:

It was a nice room, clean, neat and comfortable. We slept very good. The breakfast was delicious and nice breakfast place. The person helping on the breakfast area was amazing, nice and very polite. Also front desk very kind gentleman!!!

Good & very bad.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean.

Cons:

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds & sofa pull out, on the 1st floor. My mother is 83 with braces on her legs & cannot climb stairs. When we checked in they had a room with 2 queen beds on 2nd floor. Stairs only! For my adult son, myself, and my mother!

Great staff, great food, centrally located
Pros:

Easy parking We have a very large truck and there's plenty of room for us to park in the lot close to our room. Their morning breakfast is amazing! So much better than other places that we have stayed including Jackson area. We will only stay at Best Western

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that you do not have an ice machine in each building. It was nice weather while we were there but if it was raining or snowing I'd be rather upset that I'd have to walk across an open parking lot to get to the one and only ice machine.

Terribla, mala atencion
Cons:

Por falla en el sensor, sonó la alarma de incendios a la mitad de la noche. llegaron los bomberos y volvió a sonar otras 4 veces. Terrible!

Won’t stay here again
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable no mattress pad. The blind over the window was completely stained with this horrible yellow color. There was strange stuff on the wall walls in the bathroom.
