Pleasant stay in Jackson.
Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean. I liked that there was a fireplace but I didn't know how to turn it on! There is a back stair out of the parking area that allowed me to access the neighborhood and go for a lovely walk without having to deal with busy traffic on the main road.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarette smoke in my room and in the hallway. I would have liked instructions for the fireplace, either in the room or at check-in.

Typical BW hotel. Good stay. Maybe I was tired and too critical 🙋🏻‍♂️

Polite and friendly check-in/out attendant.

Renovated bathroom, big room, good beds. (Hotel consists of several buildings, dogfriendly rooms +$30 in section C).

Easy, feeling save, big parking.

All good, but nothing special or bringing big smile on your face.

Cons:

Older buildings, no lock on outdoor, carpets and swimmingpool dirty.

Empty shampoo / conditioner. Hairdryer not working. Bath curtain upside down mounted and loose. Limited illumination.

Room and building need some attention. No bacon or sausages at breakfast.

(Terrible paintings on the walls, everywhere 🤣)

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and centrally located.

Cons:

Check in terrible. 3 people helping one gentleman, none of whom seemed to know what to do. Waited 20” to simply check in with one person in front of us while they spent 15” for 3 people to check in first man.
Asked for a quiet room online before our trip. Also asked front desk for a quiet room. Said there was no problem then gave us a room on the highway going thru town and because drapes were closed and dark out, had no clue we were adjacent to the freeway. Noisy sleepless night with big trucks and cars all night. Don’t stay here.

Great value for money stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed our short stay here. Easy check in plenty of parking, great breakfast and clean room and facilities. Special mention to the lady managing the breakfast room she was brilliant and kept the area supremely clean and serviced properly. Good location for a short run out to Sutter Creek in the evening as well for the best Pizza in the whole of California at Gold Dust Pizza Restaurant.

Close to casino restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

TV remote was not working right ,could not change the channels. We had two queen beds and one of them was so wore out it sunk flat when you sat or laid in it. Toilet did not flush properly and sits to low.

Bedding is very thin. Not comfortable. Remote control for the TV was very frustrating- hard to navigate and slow

Basic stay, good choice for a road trip break
Pros:

Basic hotel, good for a night's sleep on my Gold Country road trip. Room was very clean, and everything was well stocked in the bathroom. Basic microwave, quite generous fridge for a hotel room. Ice machines on every floor and plenty of vending machines. Breakfast is basic for Best Western, but a nice free option. At check-in they offer complementary water bottles (and there might be cookies).
There's an Indian restaurant immediately nearby, various grocery stores and other food places very close.

Cons:

Mattress was to soft for my liking (I prefer very firm ones). There's no soundproofing so you can hear noises from outside and the other hotel rooms.
