TERRIBLE ~ would never purposely book a room at THIS, or any BEST WESTERN again.

night sleep - terrible because downstairs neighbors were playing guitar and signing until about 4AM - and, we specifically stayed at the hotel for the night, to get up early to be in an event in the area at 6AM ?!! :(

Cons:

Neighbors in downstairs room were disrespectful of other guests. There was no easy way to contact the front desk. There are three buildings, and, I wasn't going to walk down to the front desk at 1AM. Also, the counter guy when we checked in was clearly overwhelmed and sassy. Other workers called in sick and left everything for him to handle. And, the phone in the room, was all the way across the room and not on the nightstand, and, there wasn't an easy way to call the front desk, like a specific button for front desk, etc. We were extremely pissed off and tired for our the event the following morning. We came back for the breakfast, so we could at least get something that we paid for. And, we did mention what all occurred to the front desk girl upon checking out ~ which she seemed so NON-concerned and didn't even offer a discount, or refund for our stay. We will NEVER stay at a BEST WESTERN again, and will tell all our friends about this!

Staff was friendly and helpful, Pamela was a bright spot at the breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Check-in was quick and simple, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Lots of choices, fresh food, Pamela was AWESOME!

Cons:

There was a dried macaroni in the bathroom sink, and the faucet handle had some sort of residue on it. It was kind of gross. Also, the desk chair was nasty. I had to put a bathroom towel on it to feel comfortable sitting. The seat was stained and dirty and the arm rests were both sticky.

A good place to stay, nearby restaurants and shops.
Pros:

I picked Best Western as I used it traveling for work and I know it will all be in order and at a good price. I just needed a good place to stay for 1 night before traveling home. Bed was comfortable, it was a Saturday night and hoped there would not be a lot of noise or drinking going on and all was quiet all night.

All was good!

It was mediocre
Pros:

The morning host was great she had a bright attitude acknowledging me right away letting me know they breakfast complementaries and the night host did not help at all

Cons:

They couldn’t find the payment I made with you guys and charged me again and I had to inconvenience my father in law for the money

Pros:

The room had a fire place it was a old brick billing. But vary nice Inside it was a hood location vary nice naborhood. Included brakefast in the morning.

Good place to rest your head.
Pros:

People were very nice and breakfast was very good. You could tell they were in the middle of remodeling. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice.

Cons:

Carpet needed replacement but perhaps that was in their plans with remodel.
