Amazing, clean, great area, up to date fast internet and great tv options. Amazing Stay!
Pros:

Best Hotel in Falfurrias. Very well kept, great customer service, good breakfast options, close to stores and food spots. Amazing all around and a great deal!

Cons:

Avoid this motel masquerading as a hotel. Half a star at best
Pros:

The outside was picked up and clean.

Cons:

The heater did not work and in the morning when mentioning to the staff the responses were terrible, condescending, and avoided accountability on their end.
Customer service was absolute garbage.
Late arrival and I didn’t realize the heater was not controlled by a thermostat woke up at 4 am to a cold room and figured out the heater was controlled manually turned it on and went back to sleep and woke up to a cold room still.
They said when I mentioned it I should have said something they could have gave me a “small heater”
Not sure if that’s a safe anyways.
Having a small heater in inventory tells me this has been an ongoing issue and they are cheap avoiding paying for a new unit or getting it repaired.
Said I would be given a partial refund. They did not honor it.

Pros:

I left my make up bag with a couple expensive items a week ago. I was extremely impressed when after a week later they still had my bag!
