Okay but better options in Glenwood for cheeper.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

There’s nothing like welcoming your customers with a big sign that says we charge our guest to park. Not a fan and won’t go back. I already felt like I over paid to stay at a mediocre hotel. There plenty of other options in Glenwood Springs.

Comfortable place we’ll be returning to!
Pros:

I stressed for weeks on where to stay in Glenwood with so many great options. I’m extremely happy with this choice! Its location on the mountain feels like you’re staying in a cabin, they had fire pits throughout the property, pickleball, playground, indoor hot tub & outdoor pool. It felt very welcoming. The lobby is comfortable with a fire going and games to play. Breakfast in the morning was amazing! So many great options! We had a second floor room on the end, perfect! The room was clean, everything worked, and we slept great. I’d stay here again in an instant. Also the front desk staff was great! Friendly and helpful.

The location and price are awesome, but the rooms and housekeeping under par.
Pros:

It was very reasonably priced and was in an excellent location, and breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The rooms (we had a suite) were not very clean, and window dressings dirty and broken. And housekeeping was not very good. We had to go back to the main desk multiple times to have basic items (e.g., body wash, shampoo, etc.) delivered to the room, and some of the towels were significantly frayed.

Great location and value
Pros:

Great location. Located next to the hot springs. Had a pool and jacuzzi, pickleball courts, a place to barbecue, a small playground, bike shop was across the street. We took our bikes on the bus to Aspen and biked to Glenwood Springs. If I did it again I would bike Aspen to Carbondale and take the bike on the bus back to Glenwood since the last part of the ride was very hot with little shade and near the road. We walked across the bridge to town for dinners. We hiked Hanging Lake before driving home in the morning.

The beds in#163 were a little rough. Two days of backaches. ... We made it through and it was a great stay.
Only wish someone would've had the fire pits on, up on the hill.....we spent a lot of time there.
We will stay again!
