Pros:

We liked the location and some of the breakfast. The sausage and omelets were tasty. The staff was ok when checking in.

Cons:

The bed seemed to be an old style mattress that wasn't very comfortable.

We had an issue with the toilet not flushing and attempted to call the front desk and the phone didn't dial. The front desk number wasn't anywhere in the room and wasn't given to us when we checked in. We had to walk to the front desk and ask for a plunger. We were told the phones were digital and hard to use, but there were no directions.

Being in room 125, we could here heavy footsteps from the owners suite at 7am everyday.

Pros:

I have stayed at this property a few times and I always come back. The rooms are always clean and nice. It is my favorite place to stay in Glenwood.

Cons:

I think that the breakfast could be a little better but it still wasn't bad.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Antlers at Glenwood Springs. The rooms were very spacious, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The location is very convenient, close to a shopping center and other amenities, making everything easily accessible.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent – generous, fresh, and truly enjoyable.

This is our date-night spot halfway between Denver and Montrose, CO. Always, predictably, excellent.
Pros:

We stay here a few times a year and it is consistently excellent. Comfy bed, good breakfast, very cheery staff. Even the dog feels like this is a second home for her.

Cons:

I have never liked the soap, body wash, shampoo, etc. I know this is a corporate thing, but, it's just me. I would LOVE something less . . . tobaccoy smelling and something more citrusy. But that's a small thing.

Comfortable and clean, great location
Pros:

Good breakfasts, comfortable room and beds, nice heated floor in bathroom. Excellent location in town.

Cons:

I wish the hotel had been more generous with bottled water. Apparently you receive only two little bottles during your stay, and additional bottles cost $3 each. We soaked in the hot springs twice during our stay, and we were quite thirsty. Water from the tap in the bathroom was unusually warm, but we had to drink it anyway.
