Customer service is very nice.

Cons:

Construction was done in room and debris was left everywhere on the floor (making it slippery) and all over couch. We found several roaches throughout the rooms, bathroom light did not work so they brought a living room lamp to plug into the wall (very dangerous especially since plugged in lamp was placed right next to the shower). They do NOT have blankets. Instead they provide you with window curtains and say those are blankets. Sketchy location, sketchy folks staying there, definitely not family friendly.

Cons:

Everything, very unsafe. Door latches were broken, room looked like it was under some type of construction. Definitely not ready for a guest. Tv was not mounted properly, art frame was on the floor. Random pieces of wood inside room. Employees did not help me with canceling the reservation not even after I reached out to the property.

Cockaroaches
Pros:

They have new to them beds and yes the rooms look nicer but they should have remodeled bathrooms

Cons:

The 100 + cockaroaches that were all over the bathroom I was on 3rd floor

Pros:

Newly remodeled rooms very clean and modern it's close to all major fast food restaurants and grocery stores even a Walmart!!
