I’m a bit hesitant when I booked this BW cause it’s not score high enough for my usual pick. But it came out pretty decent. Very convenient location and so close to the beach.
Everything was really good and beyond my expectation while at night, we found out the ceiling was not sound proof at all. We are not complaining about the late night noise which was not. But we didn’t want to hear the neighbors conversation or anything at all
I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and the proximity of getting to what I needed. My children really like the fire pit to make s'mores.
I have booked this hotel many times and it has always been clean. However, this past stay, the hotel room I was in was very dirty. Upon arrival both the floors and showers had not been cleaned properly. Despite the huge flows of guest traffic, the rooms need to be cleaned properly

Bathroom is extremely tiny, it was hard getting into. It was also very dirty. Hair in the shower, poorly cleaned
Affordable, clean & updated rooms with microwave and refrigerator, large TV in room, breakfast available, and close to Walmart and Marina beach.
Very small bathrooms. The bathroom door should be removed as you can barely fit in tiny space to get to toilet to open and close the door. This is a handicap concern. Sliding hanging door should be placed to separate bedroom and bathroom areas instead. Low short toilet. No shelf in shower to place soap. Hotel staff only harassed my guest and I as we packed our breakfast food to eat in the room, and even when we decided to eat food outside in patio area to calm situation. The hotels policy is that you can only eat their provided breakfast food in the dining area only. This is due to guests placing food in ac units in damaging them and to control large amounts of wasted food in rooms. Larger trash cans should be in placed in rooms for waste. The next day we didn't eat the Hotels provided breakfast. Instead, I microwaved eggs and sausage for breakfast we purchased from Walmart.

Not enough selection for breakfast options.
Old dirty hotel, I won’t stay here again, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. The Best Western site showed this hotel as a 3.5 star hotel .
