Such a beautiful place and great potential, but poor maintenance and room management.
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, friendly staff

Cons:

Our room had no soap or a blanket, we were very cold at night. It has large patches of stickiness on the floor, we were told these were left over from a recent renovation and can’t be cleaned. Electrical sockets were broken, the trash cans outside our window super full.
The hosts never responded to us on the Booking platform.

Pros:

It was close to the beach.

Cons:

The floor was dirty with ants. The bed frame was dusty/dirty. Microwave was not clean (didn't even bother to use).
No shower gel . The room lock was not dependable.

Breakfast was poor. Scrambled eggs were salty. Not enough food. Plates were not available that u have to open the cabinets to look for it. The trash bins were full.

I showed up after driving 4 hours and it was 10:30pm at night. There was no one in the lobby to check in with. My son was in the car waiting and was tired and we needed to get to sleep. I waited 38 mins before someone arrived to check us in. She was rude and said she just went on a smoke break. I told her i was waiting for over 30 mins and she said “whatever”. While i was waiting there was a woman dressed like a hooker approaching cars. Then all of a sudden several cop cars drove up and surrounded her and the car she was getting into. This all happened while my teenage son was watching. We finally got our room keys and the room was freezing. The heat was not working. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. There were only 3 channels on the T.V. I usually dont leave reviews, but this place is horrible. Beware this place is a dump!! Also there was no parking. Had to park on the street outside the hotel and hope it was still there in the morning.

Overall, it was ok.
Pros:

The staff were great. The location was close to the beach which was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little too small, the remote had trouble working, and our mini fridge was broken. Good thing we brought an ice chest.

Location is good and decent breakfast

Cons:

Almost everything. Don’t be cheap spend some more money and stay somehow else.
Room was not clean, going bathroom is like going in tunnel, one time hotel front desk told me change my room sensor battery by myself.
