Misrepresentation of Accomofations
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful.
The rooms were clean.

Cons:

Completely misrepresented in photos on booking.com. Not updated, not a cabin with upstairs. Ran down looking motel.

The "cabins" have no view of the river. Just the back of the other motel rooms

Breathtaking, did not disappoint!!
Pros:

Staff was very accomodating, The gal who wrked the front desk with short hair and I believe had some pink in it. She was very nice, answered all questions and carried on a light conversation. Hot tub is amazing and the game room for the kids was a bonus, I'll bring the family and grandchildren next time.

Cons:

Was not accomadated in the restaurant, went in for dinner as it was recommended by staff and poart of the hotel but we were told they could not serve us right away due to a 16 top which is ok we offered to wait and also take it to go but again we were were refused service and told no it would still be a very long wait. In the end we opted out which was a huge bummer as we were so excited for what the hotel offered. It was a disappointment but doesn't take the want to bring family up and stay again.

Just what is needed after an 8 hour drive and trip through Mammoth Falls
Pros:

The location of this hotel was phenomenal. It's right outside Yellowstone National Park! The view was breathtaking. The amenities were above reproach. Free laundry, fire pits, and complementary s'mores kits! Who could ask for more! While the hotel did not offer breakfast, there is a fantastic restaurant right up the stairs outside the hotel. The food was great and the service was even better. Ask for Monica!!!!

Close to Yellowstone
Pros:

Great view from the hotel. Loved that there were two entrances to the room. The bed was comfy. The s'mores kit was an added bonus.
