Cons:

Room and facilities were alright. Checkin women was insulting. When showing my ID she commented on where I was from and continued to talk about how they don't like people from it. She tried to make it seem like a joke but it was not funny.

Great choice quality /price
Pros:

Everything was perfect, comfy bed and really nice hotel with very attentive staff. Easy place to park and very well comnected to National Park and short walk to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room was a bit too noisy.

Dont stay over the laundry room!!!!

Staff and building was great!

Cons:

With a hotel 2/3rds empty at least the put us over the laundry room and we were woken by the washing machine agitating laundry at 4 am!! I did send a message on first morni.g with barely an "oops! Reply!!!

Exceptional staff and experience. Glad we chose to leave the park and come to Gardiner.
Pros:

Loved the friendly staff. Loved the smores around the fire pit. Loved the coffee bar.

I would definitely recommend Ridgeline as a great place to visit.
Pros:

Ridgeline made a great base camp for our visits into Yellowstone.
Pros:

Location was excellent. The s'mores around the firepits were a nice surprise and lots of fun. Staff were superb, helpful and friendly. Complimentary laundry facility was a bonus. The restaurant was amazing, wonderful selections, carefully prepared, friendly staff.

Cons:

Lack of an elevator was surprising and made transporting luggage more difficult than expected.

Pros:

The location was perfect for staying close to the entrance of Yellowstone Park. It was nice to have a room that overlooked the Yellowstone River.

My only complaint was that no one came to light the fire pit after asking.

Pros:

Gardiner is not a great place to stay. The town sucks. The only thing that made it bearable was this amazing hotel. They were awesome.

Pretty basic motel
Pros:

We stayed here with a photography group (we never would have chosen it ourselves). The check in was very slow and the female employee was very abrasive. The beds are comfortable enough but the rooms are very dated. Our view was of the parking lot. The WiFi was quite poor and no complimentary breakfast was provided. We wouldn't stay here again.
