Hotel was quiet and room well organized. Amenities included covered fire pit and s'mores every night, a game room with free pinball, streaming, and video games on large screen. Food and bar adjacent.
Tub shower was adequate and fan was noisey.
The out door fire pit and free smore kit was awesome! And the staff was super friendly and helpful!
Hotel was in good shape with good size rooms. Excellent views from every room. Very nice fire pit with a wind screen.
Location was great, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool and outdoor fireplaplace. On request they give you a package to make your own smores.
The only slight problem was the view - our window was facing a wall.
We recently returned to Gardiner for a trip into Yellowstone, and chose to stay at The Ridgeline Hotel in one of their cabins. The other lodging options (outside of the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel inside The Park) leave a lot to be desired. However, we were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. With a little more room, a mini kitchen, and living area with fireplace, the overall experience felt very homey. The spiral staircases take you to a personal deck for wildlife and sweeping views. We were able to cook breakfasts, make lunch and prepare simple dinners during our stay. Bathrooms had nice amenities with fluffy towels and a large shower. The hotel is within a very short walking distance to the town’s only grocery store and an 8-minute drive to The Park entrance. The check-in/check-out was speedy and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and informative. We’ll definitely stay here again.
Room and facilities were alright. Checkin women was insulting. When showing my ID she commented on where I was from and continued to talk about how they don't like people from it. She tried to make it seem like a joke but it was not funny.
Everything was perfect, comfy bed and really nice hotel with very attentive staff. Easy place to park and very well comnected to National Park and short walk to restaurants and shops.
Air conditioning in the room was a bit too noisy.

With a hotel 2/3rds empty at least the put us over the laundry room and we were woken by the washing machine agitating laundry at 4 am!! I did send a message on first morni.g with barely an "oops! Reply!!!
Location was excellent. The s'mores around the firepits were a nice surprise and lots of fun. Staff were superb, helpful and friendly. Complimentary laundry facility was a bonus. The restaurant was amazing, wonderful selections, carefully prepared, friendly staff.
Lack of an elevator was surprising and made transporting luggage more difficult than expected.
