Due to its annual maintenance, please note that the spa will be closed for a month from Sunday January 4th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time to Sunday February 8th, 2026 inclusive. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.

For safety reasons, the sauna and the hammam are strictly prohibited for children under 16 years old. Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 16 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquility of the place under pain of exclusion. Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Crystal Spa by using our e-Concierge App.
The spa is not very busy on week days. Therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM WILL BE TURNED ON ONLY FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. The schedule will be normal on week-ends, public holiday or school holidays." Thank you for your understanding.

Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in (rate of the room x number of nights + city taxes) + a request of a credit card for a pre-autorisation or a cash deposit as a guarantee (minimum 50 Euros per person and per night).

Excellent hôtel dans le centre de Nancy
Pros:

Personnel accueillant et sympathique, tant en réception qu'au petit déjeuner. La "petite chambre" est vraiment petite, mais suffisante pour une personne seule. Il y a de la place dans le placard pour les vêtements. Pantoufles et peignoir. Bouilloire et Nespresso dans la chambre. Le lit est très confortable, les oreillers et la couette bien moelleux ! Assez calme côté rue. Gros + : tous les jours, bouteilles d'eau offertes en chambre. Tout l'hôtel est très beau et propre, jolie déco moderne. Salle de sport testée, la piscine était en maintenance. Du choix au petit dejeuner, produits de qualité. Localisation centrale à 2 minutes de l'arrêt du bus/tram, 5 minutes de la gare, et proche de la place Stanislas. Très bonne expérience :)

Cons:

Des détails vraiment : petit manque d'insonorisation côté couloir. Capsules Nespresso uniquement décafféinées :(

Sans objet!

Cons:

Suite à une erreur de réservation par Booking ( chambre réservée le 22 janvier au lieu du 29), ces derniers ont, semble-t-il, cherché réparation auprès de l’hôtel…qui aurait refusé tout compromis; j’ai dû abandonner 151€! Hôtel à éviter…tout comme Booking!
(Évidemment cet avis sera recalé!)

Bon séjour mais politique discriminatoire de la part de la direction de l'établissement

Cet hôtel pratique une politique discriminatoire et met tous les clients dans le même panier.
Depuis plus de 35 années nous descendons dans des hôtels 3, 4, et 5 étoiles avec ou sans spa, mais le plus formidable et pour la première fois on nous a demandé
un caution de 100 Euros à l'arrivée à l'hôtel pour le mini bar et la chambre, montant de la chambre qui avait été payée (débité du compte) 3 jours avant ce qui était annoncé lors de la réservation en ligne.
Et le plus fantastique c'est que nous avons dû attendre au check out qu'une personne aille vérifier la chambre avant qu'on nous rende les 100 Euros de caution !
Politique horrible, du jamais vu, on est pris pour des voyous !

Pros:

Super petit déjeuner, il y en pour tout les goûts, la déco, la chambre. Proche du centre ville et du parking pour notre voiture.
Je recommande cet établissement.

Cons:

C'est un petit détail, nous avons voulu prendre un verre au bar. Des personnes avaient réservés, je ne sais pas à quelle heure mais du coup nous n'avons pas pu se mettre dans ces fauteuils réservés. Normal me direz vous, mais d'autres personnes ont eu la même idée que nous et idem, on a eu le temps de prendre 2 verres... Personne n'est venu aux places réservées, dommage on aurait largement eu le temps de profiter de ces places.
