For safety reasons, the sauna and the hammam are strictly prohibited for children under 16 years old. Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 12 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquillity of the place under pain of exclusion.
Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Le Spa du Crystal by using our e-Concierge App. The spa is not very busy on week days. Therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM ARE TURNED ON ONLY FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO THURSDAY (4:00 TO 10:00 P.M. ON FRIDAY). The schedule will be normal on week-ends, public holiday or school holidays." Thank you for your understanding.
Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in (rate of the room x number of nights + city taxes) + a request of a credit card for a pre-autorisation or a cash deposit as a guarantee (minimum 50 Euros per person and per night). Parking: the hotel doesn’t have a private parking. You can park in the streets nearby (free of charge Mon-Sat from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., Sundays and Holiday Days). You can also park in the public Parking Joffre Saint-Thiébaut located 300 meters away from the hotel. If you validate your parking ticket at the Front Desk before exiting with your car, you’ll get a 10% discount. Bikes: the hotel provides a free place to store your bike as it is forbidden to bring your bike to your room.
The bar is usually open Mon: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. / Tue-Wed: 6:00 p.m. - 00:00 / Thu-Sat: 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Closed on Sunday. Schedule subject to change at any time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Petit bémol, le roof top est très agréable mais il n’y avait pas de service de bar quand nous y sommes allés, ce qui est un peu dommage.

Accueil chaleureux des réceptionniste et des équipes disponible 24h/24. Très jolie chambre, belle déco. Bel Etablissement et chambre très propre. Salle de bain très bien et toilette à part ce que j'apprécie. 2 bouteilles d'eau offerte par jour. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Si vous devez séjourner à Nancy je le recommande.
Peu d'espace entre le lit et le mur avant d'accéder à la salle de bain, c'est dommage cela rend la chambre plus petite, et autre petit soucis mais en partie de ma faute, en entrant dans la chambre je cherchais le placard pour suspendre mes affaires mais je ne l'ai pas trouvé, c'est en rendant le passe à la fin de mon séjour que j'ai osé demandé à la réceptionniste pourquoi il n'y avait pas de placard, elle m'a répondu qu'il y avait bien un placard dans chaque chambre, mais pas très visible, et m'a inviter la prochaine fois à surtout ne pas hésiter à la solliciter elle ou ses collègues disponibles 24 h/24.
