Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use the sauna or the hammam.
Children under 12 years of age can use the pool, sauna, or hammam only from 10:00 to noon on Monday and from 08:00 to 09:30 on Tuesday to Sunday.
The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children to respect the tranquillity of the place, under pain of exclusion.
Use of the spa is limited to 50 minutes per person per night, by reservation only for your time slot at Le Spa du Crystal via our e-Concierge App.
The spa is not very busy on weekdays; therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, the sauna and hammam are only available from 16:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Thursday and from 16:00 to 22:00 on Friday. The schedule will be normal on weekends, public holidays, or school holidays.
Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in as follows: the rate of the room multiplied by the number of nights plus the city tax.
Please note that guests are required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorisation or a cash deposit of a minimum of EUR 50 per person per night as a guarantee.
Please note that guests must sign the property T&C, privacy policy and internal rules at check-in. We cannot grant access to the room unless those documents are signed. These documents can be provided by the hotel before reservation upon request.
Please note that the hotel doesn’t have private parking. Guests can park on nearby streets free of charge from Monday to Saturday, 18:00 to 10:00. They can also park in the public parking lot Joffre Saint-Thiébaut, located 300 meters from the hotel. If you validate your parking ticket at the Front Desk before exiting with your car, you’ll get a 10% discount.
Please note that the hotel provides free bike storage, as it is forbidden to bring your bike into your room.
The bar is open on Mondays from 18:00 to 22:00, from Tuesday to Wednesday from 18:00 to 00:00, and from Thursday to Saturday from 17:00 to 01:00. Please note that the bar is closed on Sunday. Schedule subject to change at any time.

Hôtel très bien placé et équipé, excellent accueil (merci à l'équipe), décoration et installations récentes et réussies, formidable spa (attention à bien réserver en avance), et un bar très agréable au RDC, je recommande!
Chambre deluxe (la dernière restante dans la catégorie) un peu décevante (1er étage encaissé avec vue intérieure, taille de la chambre un peu petite).

Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas réserver au delà de 50 minutes par jour le spa, mais on comprends la mesure car l'espace est petit et que chaque client dois pouvoir y avoir accès.
