Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to use the sauna or the hammam.
Children under 12 years of age can use the pool, sauna, or hammam only from 10:00 to noon on Monday and from 08:00 to 09:30 on Tuesday to Sunday.
The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children to respect the tranquillity of the place, under pain of exclusion.
Use of the spa is limited to 50 minutes per person per night, by reservation only for your time slot at Le Spa du Crystal via our e-Concierge App.
The spa is not very busy on weekdays; therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, the sauna and hammam are only available from 16:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Thursday and from 16:00 to 22:00 on Friday. The schedule will be normal on weekends, public holidays, or school holidays.
Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in as follows: the rate of the room multiplied by the number of nights plus the city tax.
Please note that guests are required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorisation or a cash deposit of a minimum of EUR 50 per person per night as a guarantee.
Please note that guests must sign the property T&C, privacy policy and internal rules at check-in. We cannot grant access to the room unless those documents are signed. These documents can be provided by the hotel before reservation upon request.
Please note that the hotel doesn’t have private parking. Guests can park on nearby streets free of charge from Monday to Saturday, 18:00 to 10:00. They can also park in the public parking lot Joffre Saint-Thiébaut, located 300 meters from the hotel. If you validate your parking ticket at the Front Desk before exiting with your car, you’ll get a 10% discount.
Please note that the hotel provides free bike storage, as it is forbidden to bring your bike into your room.
The bar is open on Mondays from 18:00 to 22:00, from Tuesday to Wednesday from 18:00 to 00:00, and from Thursday to Saturday from 17:00 to 01:00. Please note that the bar is closed on Sunday. Schedule subject to change at any time.

The breakfast was excellent
The key that they give me i couldn't go to the room of my family the key doesn't work on the elevator were my family was i go down the stairs and then after call my family to open the door the key that I have doesn't work there
Situation et gentillesse du personnel
Aucune armoire ou une tringle ou crochets pour mettre veste et ses vêtements. Seule solution déposer ses vêtements sur le dos de la chaise. C’est dommage car pour le reste la chambre et l’hôtel était parfait
Je suis venu seule et je trouve que la chambre que l on m a attribué était très exigu par rapport à d habitude
Sehr gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr gute Betten, Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine etc., gutes sauberes Badezimmer. Sehr netter Empfang, Sehr guter Spa-Bereich und Roof-Top-Bar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. WLan sehr schnell
Alles bestens, nur der Parkplatz ist ein Pain Point, ca. 300 m entfernt in einem nicht sehr angenehmen Viertel.
Nous aimons beaucoup le calme du Spa qui fait un bien fou.

In der DU/WC hatte es einen üblen Geruch, wie wenn es nach Feuchte riecht. Das war nicht wirklich angenehm
Die Sauberkeit, der Stil des ganzen Hotels und die Möglichkeit das SPA zu benutzen war sehr toll!
Das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich, dort auch sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.
Die Zimmergrösse war sehr klein für den Preis. Ist leider auch auf Booking nicht in m2 angegeben, was eigentlich gar nicht geht. Das Personal an der Reception könnte freundlicher sein.
Hotel zit midden in het centrum, kamers niet al te groot, alles aanwezig, badjassen, slippers, fijne bedden, fijne douche, flesjes water, airconditioning, föhn, geen geluidsoverlast, en een prachtige spa waar je gratis gebruik van mag maken, 50 minuten per dag.
Enig puntje van aandacht misschien een wat groter nachtkastje, was heel klein en onhandig
