Due to its annual maintenance, please note that the spa will be closed for a month from Sunday January 4th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time to Sunday February 8th, 2026 inclusive. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.

For safety reasons, the sauna and the hammam are strictly prohibited for children under 16 years old. Access to the Spa (pool + sauna + hammam) is authorized for children under 16 years old only from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Monday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. The spa is a place of rest and relaxation. Parents must discipline their children in order to respect the tranquility of the place under pain of exclusion. Spa access: 50 minutes offered per person and per night booked, upon mandatory reservation of your time slot at Crystal Spa by using our e-Concierge App.
The spa is not very busy on week days. Therefore, please note that for ecological and economical reasons, THE SAUNA AND THE HAMMAM WILL BE TURNED ON ONLY FROM 4:00 TO 8:00 P.M. FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. The schedule will be normal on week-ends, public holiday or school holidays." Thank you for your understanding.

Due to an increasing number of fraud or fraud attempts, please note that the full payment of your stay will be due at the time of check in (rate of the room x number of nights + city taxes) + a request of a credit card for a pre-autorisation or a cash deposit as a guarantee (minimum 50 Euros per person and per night).
Also requested at check in : signature and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Internal Rules. We cannot give access to the room if those documents aren't signed. These documents can be provided by the hotel before reservation upon request.

Parking: the hotel doesn’t have a private parking. You can park in the streets nearby (free of charge Mon-Sat from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., Sundays and Holiday Days). You can also park in the public Parking Joffre Saint-Thiébaut located 984 feet away from the hotel. If you validate your parking ticket at the Front Desk before exiting with your car, you’ll get a 10% discount.

Bikes: the hotel provides a free place to store your bike as it is forbidden to bring your bike to your room.

The bar is usually open Mon: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. / Tue-Wed: 6:00 p.m. - 00:00 / Thu-Sat: 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Closed on Sunday. Absolument tout + la literie et la chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Le prélèvement de 200€ d’empreinte à l’arrivée. Avec une carte de débit ça déduit la somme du compte.

Très bon hôtel, très bon emplacement, le personnel très accueillant, le petit déjeuner très bon et le spa très bien. Nous pensions juste que la piscine serait un peu plus chaude mais sinon rien à dire 😍

L'hôtel est très beau, décoration luxueuse. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, très riche et varié.

Cons:

L'accueil, lors de notre arrivée personnel à la réception pas très agréable ni chaleureux, pas de parking donc difficultés pour se stationner. Les informations données pas claires, notamment concernant le mini bar en supplément alors que l'on pensait qu'il était compris et l'accès au spa uniquement pendant 50 minutes et seulement si réservation à l'avance. Grande déception.

L’eau de la piscine n’était pas très chaude, nous avions réservé un créneau à la piscine du spa pour nous détendre mais il n’y avait pas assez de transat pour mon compagnon et moi et nous nous sommes retrouvés en même temps qu’une famille avec quatre enfants dont un avec sa bouée dans la piscine et un bébé nue dans la piscine, un peu déçu de ne pas avoir pu se détendre nous pensions que les créneaux évitaient ce genre de désagrément…
