Pros:

Super emplacement en ville, proche de tout, parking public payant tout proche, super petit déjeuner, petite attention dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Le personnel est très bien. La suite était très grande, des produits de toilette de qualité.

Cons:

Le côté rue est un peu bruyant.

Le petit déjeuner était super, la suite était très bien, le personnel très dispo et gentil.

Cons:

la propreté à commencer par enlever les vielles moquettes qui comportent des taches, idem pour un rideau. Le bouton en plastique des toilettes était poisseux et collant. L'insonorisation entre les chambres est limite.

Son côté authentique, ancien de l'hôtel laisse une note positive.

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles nous avons été déçu du service. Le wifi plusieurs fois éteint. Le service pour le soir à la carte une heure d'attente car manque de personnel.1 personne pour le bar, le service, et préparer à la cuisine. Au moment du départ, Le personnel nous mentionne que c'est le manque de saisonnier. Ce n'est pas une réponse acceptable pour un 4 étoiles. Je recommande une baisse en 3 étoiles. Le Saint Nicholas était mille fois supérieur.

Pas de parking gratuit à proximité, heureusement un parking payant pas loin. Manque une salle de sport et une piscine pour être parfait

A great 3 night stay
Pros:

Good location, we travelled by train & an easy taxi ride to the hotel. The location is also good for easily exploring the city. The property itself is very comfortable & welcoming. A very good breakfast which was refreshed frequently during service. All staff were very good & helpful. A special mention for Amber, who was brilliant.

Everything was great, but we would have liked better lighting in our room
