Pleasantly surprised with high end, luxurious feel
Pros:

Beautiful, felt very well
Cared for, beautiful water features and koi, amazing meals in the restaurant. Great live music and wonderful mix of locals and guests to talk to at the bar. Friendly staff.

good, but expensive fore the response for service
Cons:

The lamp between the beds as well as the charging outlets didn't work. I texted with the timing requests, and staff showed (despite requests) while I was in the shower. Three more requests, no repair. An otherwise good experience was very colored.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nach 20 Jahren noch immer genauso, wie man es in Erinnerung hatte. Zimmer renoviert.

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption teilweise inkompetent, schade um das gute Restaurant(Severino’s Grill)das gibt es nicht mehr. Das jetzige hat mich nach einem Blick auf die Speisekarte nicht eingeladen, dort essen zu gehen.

El desayuno fue un desastre. Mal atendido, sin productos, mala calidad y caro. Tenían la máquina de café rota. Y eso que en nuestro grupo había más de 60 personas que reservaron con tiempo.
