Nice, clean and very comfortable

Location was very close to the memorial service and family

Cons:

The only thing I can say was just a little thing the towels were not in my room. I had to call and request them. The towels were delivered promptly

Perfect 3 days
Pros:

Other than the hot tub out of order the grounds were beautiful. Staff friendly and breakfast was delicious!

Great location. We went to Monterey and back to the beach. We were there for a family visit and were close to everything
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful. The rooms sufficed. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We requested housekeeping on two different days and it never got cleaned. We were traveling with two toddlers and had to eat in our room, we went to the beach….. lots of sand and crumbs.

Comfortable enough for the weekend
Pros:

I like how accessible it is to the freeway, to be able to get around town. I also liked our friendly the staff was. I really liked how comfortable the bed and pillows were.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there wasn’t any hand soap by the sink. I also didn’t like that the room sliding glass doors were filthy as well as parts of the room. I also didn’t like that the hotels Jacuzzi was down for maintenance. That would have been nice to have known before booking.

Gorgeous weather… Gorgeous location, issues with Property and restaurant
Pros:

I typically love this property and come here when I can, it’s close to family and it’s beautiful-however this particular trip was a bit more difficult

Cons:

Hot tub was closed and we were sad about that… Also, I tripped and fell really hard on a bit of broken walkway-whole food was not as good as it is typically… and the mattress was not nearly as comfortable as it is typically -potentially a new mattress needed -overall not as enjoyable as it is usually, but the weather was beautiful

Waste of money!
Pros:

The property is very charming. I was so excited to finally stay here as my good friend told me about this place raving about the hot tub. After an almost 5 Hour Dr. I get to check in and the lady in the front informed me that the hot tub was down and under repairs. I let her know I knew nothing about it. She said it was posted on the website and they let their third-party companies know about it. I said I wasn’t aware of that and I was super upset and bummed out. went back to my room with my three girls and took a hot shower. The next day we went and ventured, came back to use the pool to hear nothing but jackhammering the entire time. This trip was meant for relaxation and turned into a nightmare.

It was in good proximity to all we wanted to do but left a lot to be desired.
Pros:

The grounds were very nice. Restaurant food was good. Front desk staff was nice.

Cons:

Housekeeping NEVER came to our room even through we requested it at the front desk on two different days. AC didn’t work, had to have maintenance come in within the first 15 minutes.
