Pros:

What was unclear and not explained to me if there was a breakfast included. So didn't partake. Wasn't clear on the TV's description of what was included.

Cons:

I wanted to get some small bills to leave a gratuity for the house cleaning staff but neither the front desk or the restaurant had any cash when I asked at about 7:30 am. The person in the restaurant did tell me there would be cash available when the manager arrived at 0800. I couldn't wait.

The outdoor garden areas.

Cons:

We reserved 3 rooms. I requested the rooms be close to each other. 2 were next to each other on the 2nd floor, and the other room was on the 1st floor. Also, the bathroom is very small.

Pleasantly surprised with high end, luxurious feel
Pros:

Beautiful, felt very well
Cared for, beautiful water features and koi, amazing meals in the restaurant. Great live music and wonderful mix of locals and guests to talk to at the bar. Friendly staff.
