Our room wasn’t clean, there were stains on the office chair, dirty washcloths in the shower, and stains on the bed spreads. The beds were really uncomfortable and loud, like there was plastic on them. We also tried to eat at the Max restaurant and even invited friends but after sitting for 30 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the staff we left. We have stayed here before and had a good experience so this was very disappointing and we will not be staying here again.

The pool and hot tub were broken.
Enjoy being able to play in the Casino in the evenings.
It is showing it's age. Pool is usually closed.
Breakfast was good. Location excellent.
Bathroom was dirty. No hair dryer. No shampoo or conditioner. Small bar of soap and 2 small body lotion for toiletries.

The pool was closed. And I promised them to go swimming. Didn't happen very disappointing
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, and the pool area is very nice.
I was surprised to find no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. There were 2 tiny bars of soap and a tiny bottle of lotion. Someone told me you could ask for shampoo, but I still thought that was weird.
Also, the pool and hot tub were closed the whole weekend “for maintenance” though they looked fine and no maintenance was done that we saw. That was disappointing.
