Love it for the memories it holds for me, but definitely not for everyone-
Pros:

I am biased having come here for almost 30 years, it’s nostalgic to me and I love having the memories of coming as a kid. Staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great.

Cons:

Definitely run down, noisy with the kids at the pool outside the room- and towels were not properly cleaned

Comfortable rooms, nice location, the restaurant was amazing. Sauna was nice

Cons:

Hot tub was disgusting. Wanted to go sit it in but the water was grey/brown. When we mentioned it to the front staff they said they had so many people using it, but maintenance would be taking care of it the next day. This didn’t help us at all since we would be checking out.

Our tv remote only had 1 battery. Went to the front desk in the morning before we left and they said maintenance would need to bring us a battery. We got back around 1:30 and it still hadn’t been replaced. We called the front desk around 6:30 to see if they were going to get us a battery so we could watch tv and they said they had some at the front desk and if we wanted it we needed to come to the front desk to get it. Not super impressed with that.

Not very pleased
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

No hot water for shower or sink and no hair dryer as was advertised. Reported these at front desk and employee was very nonchalant about it and did not apologize.

Room too far away and couldn't access the wifi☹️💩
Pros:

I liked the location there was a 24 hour gas station within walking distance. Also enjoyed myself in the bar/casino. And the breakfast at their restaurant was awesome.

Cons:

I didn't like that our room was so far away from the front desk that we couldn't access the wifi. Had to leave the room and go all the way up to the front. Thank God there was a few places you could comfortably sit and relax while you utilized the free wifi. The rooms were clean and seemed to be upgraded recently. They need to do the same in hallways, staircases, entryways and elevators all were outdated and stained which made it feel not clean and almost made me feel like I wouldn't stay there again. But I will request a room close the the front desk on my next stay as you can't beat the price.

I’m choosing another hotel
Pros:

This time- Nothing! There was a Narcotics Annonymous convention . No more needed to be said

Cons:

The hot tub was out of service again, when in service the water was brown. The pool was filled with screaming kids and they brought in toilet paper pieces. Must have been stuck to them somewhere. Very dirty. Parents were nowhere to be seen while these kids hung out at the pool .
