Never again
Pros:

The shower was hot and the room itself was comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

The customer service was terrible. I was having issues with multiple cards and they treated me as if I was a homeless person trying to pull one over on them. They were rude and very unhelpful because I didnt book directly with them. Their blankets are never warm enough (this is my 3rd stay at a best western) and they never have extra blankets.

Cons:

We were driving by and needed a quick stay over night. Glad it was only for the night, we left early the next morning. There is no elevator to the floor, if you’re older or have a disability this would be difficult for a customer.

Needs some updates. Beds need nicer comforters and more blanket warmth. Seemed a bit scratchy in texture mattress is very firm.

Pros:

We love the service. The staff are all nice, friendly and attentive

Cons:

The rooms are nice though definitely outdated. The breakfast options are definitely fewer than I thought. But still nice since it's free.

After two nights of camping in the cold and wind, the BW was a welcome treat!
Pros:

A multi-choice hot breakfast with personnel available to help as necessary. Delicious scrambled eggs!

Cons:

Carpeting on the stairs and second floor seems kind of worn.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Sheets clean. But other than that it was bad. The rugs were filthy!! The breakfast was uneatable. I would not stay there again.
