For what they charge it needs to be remodeled and make a better breakfast.
Pros:

It is convenient for where we are working, the beds are comfortable, good water pressure and hot water, large TV with good selection of channels, somewhat quiet, they have breakfast, the front desk was helpful and our vehicle didn't get broken into.

Cons:

Getting a bit run down, carpets need to be replaced, kind of in a bad part of town, breakfast has minimal choices and leaves a lot to be desired, and people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot.
