It was a last minute booking and we were thankful we had a place to spend the night.

Cons:

Location and I really think mattresses should be upgraded to something more comfortable. The rooms have thin walls. We could hear the people upstairs walking in their rooms.
Also, the elevator button to go down was broken. Aside from that, the staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was very generous.

Loved the location, it was near to almost everything. Staff was super friendly, and rooms were met to expectations!

Cons:

On the bed sheets you can see small splatters of blood, we also had a couple bugs in the room.

I won’t stay here again.

The room was clean.

Cons:

I was initially given the key to an already occupied room. It had been a very hot day in Sacramento (102°) and there was no air-conditioning in the hallway of the hotel. It took a very long time (45 minutes) to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. Lots of homeless in the area. Didn’t feel safe at all.
