Best Western Inn Russellville

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The shower was not as clean as I’d expect from a Best Western. The shampoo container still had someone’s hair on it. The mattress was old and had a spring digging into my back. This also was surprising because the beds at Best Western have always been consistently comfortable. The area was a little sketchy.

Figure out your key card issue. I am absolutely overly tired of checking into a room after driving for 16 hours, only to have a card that doesn't work and then have to go back to the office to get help. Then most of the time, I get to the office and have to wait for 15 minutes behind another person who just drove all day that is checking in because you're too cheap to hire a second person during peak times. Very aggravating and inconvenient. You have ways to fix the problem, so do it.

Filthy room. Turned on hairdryer and sparks came out of socket and bathroom light went out. Room was full of flies. Bed felt like you were laying on concrete. Coffee maker was filthy and covered with hair. Front desk was no help at all. Put us in a handicap room which was garbage as well. We spoke with a manager the next morning and are currently waiting to be refunded for the nightmare night that we experienced. Pay extra and get a good room in Russellville Arkansas. This place is where drug deals and prostitution rings are operated. Have a nice day.

I reserved the room at this hotel for the outdoor pool. When I checked in I was told the pool has been down for 7 years. The website did not portray this or mention this. There were current looking pictures of a nice blue pool

They did not give me my $50.00 deposit back and made up a lie about me locking a maintenance guy in the room and they smelled a burning smell. I called the hotel and they said this is why. I want my money back. I'm disabled. I could not lock a man in the room plus I don't smoke! I can't believe they would go this far to keep a person's money especially a disabled person. I have pictures of the room and when I left for just this very reason, to steal people's money. I called the hotel and the girl told me to talk to the manager. She hung up. I tried calling back she wouldn't answer. I will continue until I get my money they don't deserve to steal from me!

My main complaint is that the room wasn't very clean. When I closed the bathroom door, I saw a bunch of dirt and hair behind it, like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Other areas were in need of cleaning as well, like the sink area. Also the connection to the shower head leaked and sprayed water all over the ceiling. The bed was noisy and the pillows felt cheap. This hotel room doors open to the parking lot, which makes it more of a motel. It's convenient for loading and unloading a car or truck, but it makes the room noisier. The other Best Westerns I have stayed in all had interior hallways.

Clean but tired. Lots of smokers outside.

Bugs on the carpet, sink was completely clogged, tub was dirty, AC unit sounded like an 18 wheeler was next to you every time it turned on. Room smelled like someone had just cooked in there (it smelled bad). Curtain was ripped. Seriously looked like a stash house.

It was so bad we didn’t stay the entire time, but bc we were 2 hours past checkout due to college checkout we were charged the whole stay.

There was dog hair every where not in a good location to get out you can smell sewage in the room.

room was moist and ac didn't work well. cobwebs everywhere. slightly smelly and ac was on full blast for 3 days and never made the room comfortable.

Old style of outside entrances. Two story and no first floor rooms so I had to carry everything upstairs. Not a place to leave things in the car. Second floor walkway was aging gravel with lots of holes. Very noisy to pull luggage across. A little below Best Western standards.

Room wasn't worth the price. Beds were awful
