Best Western Inn

Beautiful hotel, great location, close to restaurants and shopping. It was so clean and the staff we encountered were so friendly. Full Breakfast served. Exceeded our expectations.

The hotel exterior is kind of plain, but rooms inside are very nice. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, checking in was quick. The rooms have been redone and are very nice. Room was well cleaned and fresh. Mattresses are very comfortable and the sheets are high quality cotton. Each bed had 4 very large pillows. Big new tv, decent wifi. Bonus, windows with screens open for fresh air. (Rooms on the back side look over a quiet courtyard, so you can leave your window open with no noise) Breakfast had nice assortment of hot and cold foods, fresh fruit and even had pop tarts. Good location south of downtown, near several good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Please note there is no elevator.

Room was good. Pillows and shower were fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked.

Beds was comfortable and room was clean. Restaurants and shopping centers nearby - very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and staff was nice . Overall great customer service.

We stayed here for one night on our way to northern minnesota. Only wish the next hotel we are going to is as wonderful as this one. Beautiful updated rooms and the beds are magnificent!

Everything about this hotel and my stay was excellent! The hotel was clean and well kept. This hotel is conveniently located to various highways and restaurants in Wausau!

Recently updated & very well done! Clean & comfortable. There is no pool just a hot tub. The breakfast was the usual BW hot breakfast.

We had stayed here several times before and it was good. It's an older facility but the rooms were clean and and the location quiet. Breakfast used to have a better selection. There were 2 waffle makers and now only 1. Yogurt is no longer provided. Single serve milk is no longer provided. What they offered was scrambled eggs and cold sausage which I decided was best not to consume. (not sure how old they were) Fruit available were 3 small oranges or 3 overripe bruised bananas. Others were commenting that the breakfast options had truly declined. We will no longer be staying there when visiting family in the area. So sad what has happend.

Best rooms, best value in the area, the owner did a top notch job on the remodel, beautifully designed, super comfortable beds and pillows, attention to detail in touch lighting, big TVS, great coffee ( k-cup), awesome workout area with top level machines, great breakfast area, I love this place

When are places going to have to advertise that their hot tub isn’t available? I paid to come to this hotel because of it. I check in and it’s not working. Disappointed.

This was one of the nicest, updated, clean and welcoming places we have stayed in recently memory. The rooms and bathrooms were well stocked, clean and functional. The breakfast area was nice and the food was good. The staff were welcoming, competent and helpful. We would definitely choose this hotel for future stays.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful room was clean and quiet temperature of the room was easily controlled by the thermostat. Air unit was not to loud

Very clean and well maintained property. The breakfast area was well stocked. I would stay there in a heartbeat if in the area again. Several restaurants to dine at within 1/4 mile.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel is. It has been renovated in the last year and they did a great job. The staff is warm and friendly. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was also very deep. The hot breakfast was bountiful. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was not functional. The workout room looked worthwhile. The location was excellent, especially with the large dog park on one side, and a delicious supper club on the other! We definitely recommend it.

The receptionist at the front desk was exceptional.
