Pros:

The parking garage always had spots available. Breakfast was included. The hotel seemed clean. We had minimal interactions with the staff, but each time was a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower didn't work- the pressure only allowed cold to slightly warm temps through the shower head, but the hot water worked on the bath setting. We didn't realize until returning late at night on the first day and were too exhausted after a beach day to bother asking to switch rooms, so we dealt with the showers of warm-ish water at low pressure.

Staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The smell in the room and the noise. We were moved to a different room because the first one had an unpleasant odor (it smelled like stale urine); the other room smelled bad too, though not quite as strongly as the first. The receptionist suggested it might be due to the air conditioning and said she would notify maintenance to change the filter—hopefully, that helped with the smell. I don't know if they actually checked it; we just had to put up with the bad odor. On top of that, it is impossible to sleep in this place. We were on the ground floor and could hear people in the hallway, the guests in the next room, and anyone walking on the floor above.

Pros:

I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. The cleaning staff is always very sweet and welcoming.

Cons:

Alex came off as rude and had an attitude during the check in process. The AC also had a weird smell coming from it when on.

Not the best.
Cons:

The staff in the front desk use to be friendly don't know what chance , we visit this location in multiple times , but customer service is not the same. The employees are the same , don't know what really happen. Also we didn't have hot water in our room , so that was really inconvenient
