Never will I stay at this facility again
Pros:

Maintenance people seemed to be on drugs there was never anyone at the front desk. They left master keys all over so it became a concern for safety. The AC units did not work. The showers leak toilets were clogged.

Pros:

super comfy bed! very good breakfast. spacious rooms and everything was very clean. staff was polite and allowed us to check in after midnight.

Cons:

room was very cold upon arrival - we called ahead and let the staff know the time of our arrival but the room was not pre-heated. blankets were super thin and no extra blankets were to be found in the room. First night there we were quite cold as the heater in the room took about several hours to heat the room. only 1 sausage patty per person.

The last several best westerns have been run down but priced high. Cleanliness was not amazing. Towel racks falling off the walls etc. our room was $200 a night and the neighboring hotel was $120. And the rooms were decent
