Definitely was not worth the price although hotel and area and Seri were very good
View off the lake was nice, the rooms were very large.
The mattresses are very firm. Staff waited until customers came down to begin cooking additional items for breakfast so we had to sit and wait for food to be prepared.

Maintenance people seemed to be on drugs there was never anyone at the front desk. They left master keys all over so it became a concern for safety. The AC units did not work. The showers leak toilets were clogged.

It’s going downhill, use to be clean and nice
super comfy bed! very good breakfast. spacious rooms and everything was very clean. staff was polite and allowed us to check in after midnight.
room was very cold upon arrival - we called ahead and let the staff know the time of our arrival but the room was not pre-heated. blankets were super thin and no extra blankets were to be found in the room. First night there we were quite cold as the heater in the room took about several hours to heat the room. only 1 sausage patty per person.
