Le personnel a été très accueillant et vraiment à l'écoute !
Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être un peu plus diversifié, pour 19€ on s'attend à quelque chose d'un plus haut standing.
Le parking étant très petit je n'ai pas pu m'y garer, mais j'ai réussi à trouver de la place un peu plus loin dans le centre ville.
la localisation, l'option soins + spa, la taille des chambres très spacieuse
l'espace spa pourrait être plus caché du parking en ajoutant des paravants ou des plantes devant la baie vitrée

La chambre était un peu petite. Les oreillers n'étaient pas assez fermes pour moi et il manque de l'intimité dans la salle d'eau (tout est vitré).

Le personnel, la chambre, l’emplacement et la décoration
Le jacuzzi est froid (moins de 30 degrés) et le Hamam était hors service. Nous étions venus spécifiquement dans cet hôtel pour profiter de ces équipements
Le restaurant était parfait.
Chambre non conforme à la description, pas de vue sur cours intérieure mais au rez de chaussée donnant sur rue sans possibilité d’ouvrir des volets…
Visuels de chambre trompeur par rapport à ce que nous avons eu qui ressemblait plus à une grotte qu’à une chambre avec vue dégagée.
J’ai fait part de mon mécontentement à la réception mais à part des excuses aucun geste …
Chambre impeccable, très bien décorée, choix entre 2 formules de petit déjeuner, buffet à 18€ et au bar continental très adapté à 9€
