Accueil et personnel discret, petit déjeuner copieux, lit confortable, ambuance feutrée, emplacement et parking très pratique
L'étroitesse des escaliers (nous étions au 2ème étage sans ascenseur) l'éxiguité de la chambre et le manque de discrétion des toilettes (avec une fenêtre donnant sur la chambre et une porte vitrée ??)

À 150m il y a un arrêt pour la navette électrique gratuite de la ville de Caen.
Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur ni de climatisation.
Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.

De balie medewerkster die ons ontving sprak géén Engels! Deed erg moeilijk dat wij haar niet verstonden heeft uiteindelijk translate erbij gepakt , ze was kortaf met uitleg , we hebben speciaal een hotel geboekt met parkeergelegenheid én een zwembad waarop ik me enorm verheugde , toen ik wilde zwemmen moest ik reserveren dat kon nog net om acht uur in de avond én 20 euro voor t zwemmen betalen!! Dus dat heb ik niet gedaan ! Plus bij de balie bij inchecken moesten we 100 !!!!!!!!! Euro borg betalen echt belachelijk (kregen het wel terug uiteraard) en de parkeergelegenheid was vol dus in de stad zoeken .....echt bizar en nooit bevelen wij dit hotel aan ...de vloerbedekking in de kamer was smerig echt smerig en de wc bril zat los plus de wc trok niet goed door (alleen grote knop ) we waren te moe om te vragen ...
