The breakfast was good.
The restaurant was absolutely superb. The decor is a little odd, but the food was fantastic. We had the mid option for fixed menu and it exceeded expectations! Special mention to our waiter Artur - wonderful!
We were at the front of the hotel and whilst there was a small lift there was also a small winding staircase to access the first floor.
The room was a little dated, but these are only not picking points

The hotel is located in the original building of a 15th century convent, so the historical details of the building are very interesting. My room was in the original section, so the room was a little on the small size but very quiet. The shower was a little small but very functional. The bed was comfortable and the room had a water kettle (for instant coffee/tea), mini fridge, and small room safe for valuables. The hotel had a restaurant with breakfast buffet, which was very nice. I did not utilize the spa nor fitness center during my short stay. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The location is also very good, a short walk to the Caen Chateau and Twisto tram station. Very good value for the price.
I don't have anything negative to say about the property. Note that there are no elevators, so rooms on the first floor are still up one flight of stairs.

Bon emplacement
Expérience décevante. Nous pensions avoir réservé le spa pour notre famille, mais d’autres personnes ont pu venir au même moment, ce qui a gâché notre moment. Si le fonctionnement avait été clair, nous n’aurions pas réservé. Au lieu d’essayer de comprendre la situation, le personnel a préféré nous traiter de menteur... Bonne ambiance. Le spa donne aussi directement sur le parking, sans protection d’intimité : vous êtes en maillot de bain pendant que d’autres clients chargent leurs bagages et vous voient.
Les chambres sont beaucoup trop chauffées.
Enfin, le brunch est cher pour une qualité très médiocre : café imbuvable et produits de piètre qualité.
Le personnel a été très accueillant et vraiment à l'écoute !
Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être un peu plus diversifié, pour 19€ on s'attend à quelque chose d'un plus haut standing.
Le parking étant très petit je n'ai pas pu m'y garer, mais j'ai réussi à trouver de la place un peu plus loin dans le centre ville.
la localisation, l'option soins + spa, la taille des chambres très spacieuse
l'espace spa pourrait être plus caché du parking en ajoutant des paravants ou des plantes devant la baie vitrée
