It was ok.
Pros:

good breakfast, clean rooms

Cons:

I thought we'd get adjoining rooms since we reserved 2 rooms and they knew we were traveling with kids.
Loud neighborhood- hard to sleep
Dissapointed the pool was closed when we were there

I’ll be back again when I need to attend a function in that area.
Pros:

Cleanliness and location - it was not far away from where I needed to be.

Cons:

I could hear others in their rooms. Not too bad though.

La atención de la recepcionista en la noche (Melisa) jueves 11 aprox 10 pm. Nos atendió muy mal, no contesto a mi saludo, fue impertinente , sin empatía, displicente, en fin nos hizo pasar un mal rato. En cambio en la mañana los chicos de l recepción muy amables

Really chill spot in a quiet yet convenient location.
Pros:

Great location, very close to restaurants. Rooms are clean fair enough space. House keeping is done daily. Room Smells fresh, decent breakfast, friendly staff. I'd revisit.

Cons:

Having to pay another $50 for down payment besides what we booked the room for. I thought that was ridiculous and other reviews mentioned it too.

Unfortunately, all the hotels in this year and never have the bath tubs that stoppers don’t work so you can’t take a bath

waiting obviously to unfairly, inappropriately too makes it personal Pushing away members of [ChoiceHotels] never to return, including dispense justified truth of this poor experience we endured from little miss[ how the hell does she hold that job] claiming to be management leaving a sour,unsatisfied overnight stay. Unlike our common experience any[other] Location than Cordelia Inn!

Stay was great for our needs but the difficulty paying was absolutely ridiculous!!!
Pros:

Room was nice for our needs. Close enough to Bottlerock but not as expensive as other venues. Staff was accommodating.

Cons:

My mother treated me to the room. She wanted to use her credit card so she could use travel credit. Your policies made it very difficult for her!! She had to drive from Petaluma to Cordelia to use the card!! At 76 and on a 3-day weekend, that was very inconvenient. It seems ridiculous to make this so difficult!! She called customer service and they tried to help but this particular location makes it impossible to pay remotely with a credit card!!!! Since they take the card number over the phone to reserve the room, why can’t they take it over the phone to pay?!?

Very Enjoyable experience
Pros:

Overall I like the location is located not alot of trafficking going on, very peaceful, breakfast are good and worth waiting for. The rooms are perfect and comfortable. I have been recommend by a friend that come to the same motel. The staff are all friendly and considerate. Rooms are up-to-date....very nice.

Cons:

The prices changes a lot in this location and its not reasonable at times. Until I book from this week.
