Clean room
Noisy and $30 per fee seemed extreme considering nothing is provided and no where for dogs to go to the bathroom. Unhoused addicts also roaming the property.

The virtual assistant was rude

Easy set-up. Used by many workers passing through which made the place feel very functional (in a good way!).
A virtual agent? He was fine, but what about supporting the locals with jobs? Pool was closed for the season? Which season it was hitting 26-29 degree the days I was there.

Second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time!
Nothing to complain about~
3/13/26/Rm 373 desk dual light did not work and it was not the light bulbs. Probably not the light as both toggle buttons did not turn either of them on. The bulbs worked in other lamps. Probably the wall socket behind the huge cab for engineering to check out. I didn't call, but left a note.
I liked the size of the 2 King Beds with sofa and chair. I’ve stayed here many times and had no idea this was an option until this stay.
Luckily they gave user plugs because the street noise is very loud.
It was very weird to be checked in by a do it yourself Kiosk but the guy from India we spoke to was very nice & friendly and engaging.
