I didn’t stay in the room 15 minutes because I couldn’t stand the stench in the room. The door wouldn’t stay shut which
Pros:

Accessible to the highway and stores.

Cons:

The stale, musty smell in the room. The fact that the front door didn’t stay shut. Once it was shut closed it would open up on its own.
