This is sad.
Pros:

I give this place two stars for one reason only. The couple that run this motel could not be any nicer. However, that is the only good quality here.
First there is no coffee maker in the rooms!! That is a must for me. They apologized and almost offered to bring me a cup in the morning. They were going to make me a cup at that moment, but I only wanted it for breakfast. I had to go to the lobby to advise them there was no coffee maker because the phone didn't work.
We had to change rooms because of a problem with the shower It was either too hot or too cold. There was a problem with the valve. We moved to the next room
Breakfast was the bare minimum.
As the title of this review says, it is sad to see two very nice hard working people try to survive in a business that needs a ton of help. I wish them luck.

Price was good and location was helpful for what I needed.

Cons:

Bed and towels were not clean with dark and dirt spots on them. Hole/tear in the sheets. Room smelled like smoke even though nonsmoking, and floors were sticky and not clean. Little to no breakfast options.

It was in a good spot. Just mediocre.

Cons:

The towels and sheets. If you are going to use white, then clean them properly. I couldn’t tell if they just folded the towels back and put them on the shelf after last guest or what. With 3 towels in our room, I dried off with a rag. The towels were immediately thrown on the floor. It looks like poop on one and someone wiped their mascara on the other one. The sheets had stains on them and holes. It was also very loud at night. Lots of music playing and cars revving. We ended up leaving at 5 am because we couldn’t sleep.

For 200+$ a night, I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Easy to check in

The door lock wouldn’t work, there was sand all over the floor, the sheets were dirty and there was a bad smell in the room.

Clean rooms, lobby, also parking was very clean. Friendly staff. Parking size was very good and big easy access to room as the parking was right in front of the room. There were cigarettes on the floor at the end of lobby and stairs near by the smoking area.

Location is fine, it's next to some restaurants where you can actually get food.

Cons:

The sheets wouldn't stay on the bed at all. There was no breakfast. There was some cereal, 3 yogurts in the fridge, some bread or a bagel, and a waffle maker. That's what you call a breakfast buffet? That was the worst breakfast at a hotel I've ever seen
