Pros:

Le cadre portuaire et la proximité avec Dinan. Hôtel calme et confortable. Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

La signalisation discrète de l'hôtel et l'affluence en journée tout autour, mais Dinan est si touristique et le site du port est somptueux.

L'établissement a annulé ma reservation 3h avant que je ne prenne ma chambre car je n'avais pas confirmé mon entité, alors que j'ai deja réservé a plusieurs reprise des chambres d'hotels via BOOKING. Ils m'ont soit disant contacté par téléphone mais je n'ai eu aucun appel de leur part. Impossbile de reserver de nouveau. obligé de retrouver un hotel à la hate pour ma nuité sur DINAN.
Je ne recommande pas!

Great location for Dinan Quay. Very steep walk up to Dinan.
Pros:

Good position for exploring Dinan quay and enjoying the river Rance.

Cons:

Hotel carpark is difficult to access. The Sat nav info is incorrect if you approach from the Dinan side of the river- the connecting bridge is one way. Sat Nat works if approached from the D795 in Lanvalley.

Nice staff, great location but uncomfortable nights sleep due to NO AIRCON in the entire hotel despite them advertising

Cons:

Advertising that the room has air conditioning when it clearly was not available in any hotel bedrooms was utterly misselling. So, we were expected to sleep with the window open and be woken by noises coming from the port, ie. Small motorbikes and cars. Unacceptable to be in this situation. I book hotels purely based on air conditioning being available and this was a huge downside to our visit. The manageress was very nice and said all the right things but still no aircon. A free beer was offered and accepted but I was very disappointed at having to give in and open the window at 2am because the room was so stuffy and hot.
I doubt that we will risk a return visit

Between staff, location and the hotel itself we felt satisfied with Dinan.
Pros:

Very accommodating staff that also speaks English and very pleasant personalities. The young ladies that work the reception area and bar could not have been nicer and provide a great image for the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. It was one of the most enjoyable 2 night stays on our 12 days through France.

Super emplacement le long de la Rance avec possibilité d'aller à pied à la ville historique et beaucoup de bons restaurants dans le coin.
La literie très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner très complet.
Le personnel est très serviable.
