Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel staff are not very good.
For example, although the hotel had a nice name, it was definitely not of the same quality as other similar hotels I've stayed in before, which upset me and I was disappointed.
Some items that weren't available in the room only arrived when I asked for them. Whereas in other İbiş hotels, everything was ready. For example, there was no soap or toothbrush. My room wasn't cleaned even once during my stay; when I asked why, they didn't answer, just said they would clean it the next day. This is not good.

Loved the room itself, great staff, but needs updating.
Pros:

I liked the room configuration itself, room size is generous. Soundproofing from outside road and construction noises was actually pretty good. Staff are exceptional.

Cons:

The property is dated; sheets, pillows and towels are old, and give a sense of not being clean (even if they are.) I don’t like this curved plastic configuration of the Ibis and Ibis Budget bathrooms, the plastic interiors do not ventilate well and there is mildew build up.

Mini bar fridge needed a quick repair because it was givng out warm air, so was water dispenser in corridor, not keeping water cool.

Hôtel vieillot des années 80, chambres couleur orange, murs sales, linges gris et tachés, salle de bain en pvc (en plastique), cheveux, et moisissures, On a frappé 3 fois à ma porte poir faire ma chambre alors que je dormais ensuite on m'a appelé sur le téléphone de la chambre L'emplacement, trop de bruit routes sur 3 niveaux, difficile de sortir marcher, trop de circulation, peu de lumière, peu d'options de restauration..Room service cash only Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Not up to Ibis standards
Pros:

The staff were nice

Cons:

We got asked to change rooms halfway through our stay due to maintenance work - which was an inconvenience, and we weren’t compensated for that.
The TV would stop working often. Also the refrigerator was warm.
