Wunderbarer Wochenendtrip am See

Guter Empfang und Wünsche wurden schnell umgesretzt.

Cons:

Wir hatten getrennt Betten bestellt. Die Betten waren wohl getrennt aber wir hatten ein gemeinsames Bettlaken und ein gemeinsames Duvet. Wir haben am nächsten Morgen für jedes Bett ein Laken und ein Duvet bestellt und es wurde sofort umgesetzt.

La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et bien entretenue. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité du lac et de la piscine publique extérieure. L'établissement était calme, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable, et le personnel s'est montré accueillant, professionnel et respectueux. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse était excellent et constituait un véritable point fort de notre séjour.

Cons:

En revanche, la piscine et le jacuzzi n'étaient pas suffisamment propres, ce qui était décevant. Nous avons notamment remarqué des amas de poussière au fond de la piscine, ce qui donnait une impression de manque d'entretien. De plus, la piscine de l'hôtel était trop petite au regard du nombre de clients présents. Pendant la canicule, il était difficile d'en profiter pleinement, ce qui nous a finalement conduits à aller à la piscine publique extérieure, beaucoup plus agréable. Enfin, je m'attendais à trouver un service de massages, mais le spa ne proposait que des soins de gommage et de modelage. Cette différence entre mes attentes et les prestations proposées m'a un peu déçue.

French - I think English is universal enough. But I don't understand why a one staff member always responds in French to my English, and then switches to English when prompted - repeatedly.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise darum nur 1 Nacht
Pros:

Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war gut. Die Aussicht auf den See war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht darum war es im Zimmer extrem heiss.
Das Zimmer war extrem klein!!

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable et bien placé. Personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont très chics et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très varie et de qualité. La piscine est très agréable.

Cons:

Des rideaux occultants dans les chambres seraient appréciables.
Le dimanche matin au petit-déjeuner il n'y avait qu'une seule personne pour toute assumer : cuisiner, assurer le reassort en salle, débarrasser et dresser les tables.... bref cette personne était débordée car nous étions nombreux. Du coup les délais pour être servi étaient long, du jus d'orange avait été renversé tout le monde marchait dedans. Ce n'était pas digne de l'hôtel et vraiment dissonant avec tout le reste en terme de qualité, c'est bien dommage.

Super Hotel mit guter Preis-Leistung in Strandnähe

Schönes, einfach- modernes Zimmer mit Balkon und AC mit herrlichem Bett und Düvé. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank komplettieren das sehr gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses. Das supergute und reichhaltige, dazu buchbare Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert bei wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Freundliches Personal.
Hotel super in Strandnähe und guten Restaurants gelegen.
