The worst hotel experience
Pros:

I liked only one staff member she was polite, also it was nice and warm inside.

Cons:

I was extremely angry because nothing was working that was advertised on the app. The pool area was dirty and shut down. The hot tub was not working, and there was no water in it. The sauna was also shut down and not working. The place felt like it was deserted.
The gym was dirty, and the equipment was not working. I paid for four miserable nights at this hotel, which was a waste of money. You would think they would apologize for the poor service, but they were mean and acted like they didn’t care that the things you paid for were not working.
The breakfast was okay, but it seemed like leftovers. Overall, the whole experience was horrible.

I will come back next time as well. Place compensate all negative thing - close to highway
Pros:

It was in right place, near highway. Best place if you want to avoid the traffic jams in city center.
The metro is close to hotel, faster to reach the city center. Best place to have the stop in your long trip travel.

Cons:

The bathroom - with a lite renovation can look much better - but was clean which compensate the felling of old used things.
