Pros:

The staff were super helpful. They actioned as soon as we told them about any concerns. We had kids and we wanted room on first floor as the kids found it hard to climb up the stairs after a long day out. They accommodated the very next day once the room was available.

Cons:

With the proximity and location in old quater they have tried their best to provide services which is great.

Rate is good,affordable! Location wise! Staffs always smiles.. all in our stay os bery comfortable and happy!

It's in the center,so everything,every spots are walkable.. perfect location..

Stayed here 3 nights in April 2026. In the first night we got upgraded to a better room, which we really appreciated.
The rooms are tiny, but clean and there’s enough space for a short stay!
Lisa, one of the people working at the reception, helped us booking many tours (Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay 2 days cruise and the Loop 3 days / 4 nights).
She answered all our questions and the process was really smooth, she gave us great recommendations and even while on the tours she made sure that everything was alright.

Pros:

スタッフはフレンドリーだった。
旧市街エリアにあり好立地。

Cons:

ここにはエレベーターがないばかりか、狭くて急な階段を登らなければならなかった。シャワーもホルダーがグラグラ。。。寝具も慣れない匂いで疲れた。
また、コンセントが変なところにあり苦労しました。
お湯はスイッチを入れて30分後に出ます。
また、ここは夜、うるさいエリアでした。
盛り上がりたい人には良いかも。。。
3週間後にも予約してましたがキャンセルしました。
