The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lisa was very helpful in organising transport in advance and responded quickly to any enquiries. I had to make some changes in the booking and Lisa helped me to organise our group arriving on different days. Our late arrival from the airport was not a problem. They guided us to local Vietnamese restaurants. Tea, coffee and fruit were provided free of charge. The location in the Old Town was good. The hostel is narrow like many of the houses in Hanoi and thus there are stairs to climb.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of old town and close to everything. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The receptionist Lisa was amazing and super knowledgeable and spoke English very well.
It’s a bit noisy since it’s by the road in the middle of town but if quiets down at night.

Poussière dans la chambre, douche qui fuit, linge de lit moite. Mais c'est ok vu le prix j'attendais pas du luxe.
This hotel is very central for the old quarter, the lady on reception is exceptionally helpful. It was perfect for our one night in Vietnam but if you want luxurious then this isn’t for you. I would absolutely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, man kann die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben alles, was man braucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilft schnell weiter. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl.
