Good location, easy access to plenty of cafes, spas etc. room size good, bathroom could be a bit cleaner, mould getting into the grout and needs attention.

Veru nice nice view and the staff provided very good servixe. I will be booking this hotel again.

We booked a high floor sea view room which was fabulous. Location across the road from the beach, facilities lovely, breakfast also good. What lets this Hotel down is the staff, except for the pool guy who was an absolute gem and made our stay. Reception staff not helpful, could not converse in english when asking questions about checkin, or advice about tours, transport, amenities, local attractions etc. They definately missed the opportunity for add on business and provide guest services. During our stay we accidently broke a glass and they didnt hesitate to charge us $3. Happy to pay for our mistake, just a shame they understood how to charge us but not able to assist with anything else. Expect a nice room and facilities but no service, felt like a serviced apartment with no real care for guests.

This hotel is situated right in the centre of Nha Trang, a very busy area with a constant flow of cars and motorbikes beeping their horns at all times of the day and night.
Initially we liked the place with its high-quality room, pleasant staff and a good breakfast. But were soon disappointed to find the private beach area (a main reason for booking) had been removed, the swimming pool was constantly busy so difficult to find any seating space and the sheer busyness of the area made getting anywhere safely very challenging. The surrounding area always was filled with constant traffic noise, beeping horns and smog so we just became exhausted with the place and was glad to leave after 4 days.

Liberty Central Saigon Centre is very affordable with luxurious hotel expirience. All staff are very accommodating, polite and kind

A good place to stay

We visited this hotel for 2 nights during a 3 week escorted tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. We were allocated a corner room on the 15th floor and were blown away by it on entering, with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city and the bath in the corner.

We're not really bath people but we definitely made use of it and took some great photos with the views. We also spent time by the roof top pool which was also lovely and I used the gym facilities while my husband swam. We ate at a local restaurant so can't comment on evening meals but breakfast was fine with a good selection.

We stayed in about 6 hotels during our trip and the room in this hotel was the best.

Room and facilities very good with a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast options catered for Asian and European tastes. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great choice if staying Nha Trang. Will definitely return!

Great stay. Upgraded to executive room, not sure why but greatly appreciated. Great room. Really nice hotel within a block of the beach (can’t get much closer in Nha Trang). Hotel has section of the beach, but get there early if you want a lounger. Breakfast had many options. Pool was nice, but doesn’t get much sun, or for very long (at least in early March). Highly recommend.

We booked a more expensive room expecting a lovely room, but we were shocked when we got a top floor room most gorgeous view or the sea and the city!!
