Definitely a great location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was adorable and in a great location! Very quiet and quaint. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The beds were very firm and made good sleep difficult. The lighting up
The stairs is insufficient. My 85 year old father tripped going up the stairs and was hurt badly.

Location was excellent. Hotel was so cute.

Cons:

Bringing a truck or large vehicle poses problems as the hotel is situated on a small lane. Small staircase and no elevator could pose problems for people with mobility issues.

Good location in old town. Walk to restaurants, shops, tourist information. Quaint and cozy.
Pros:

Staff member Jonathan was extremely helpful. He recommended a coffee shop and gave us a map with directions to get there. He provided us with free bus passes if we wanted to go to Montmorency Falls and set me up with the free wifi on my phone and tablet.

Cons:

Spouse advised mattress was hard and uncomfortable for his back. Taxi from cruise pier took us to the wrong hotel, Bistro and Petit Hotel instead of Au Petit Hotel. I should have given the taxi driver the street name and not just the name of the hotel, as the wrong hotel came up on the taxi GPS. I called Au Petit Hotel from the wrong hotel and Jonathan advised us where the nearest taxi shuttle was located.

L'emplacement est vraiment génial!!
Au coeur du vieux Québec, à 5 min à pieds de nos restaurants préférés!! ( Contti café, Le Clan, Le Bedeau, entre autres!)
Quasiment au coin de St-Louis, qui mène au château Frontenac. Stationnement est juste à côté de l'hôtel.
