Convenient Location with Good Amenities
Pros:

The apartment is in a very convenient location, directly across the road from ALDI, a pharmacy and a few other stores. It’s also less than a 10-minute drive to Kawana Shoppingworld and the Sunshine Coast Stadium, which made getting around easy.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The complex itself is gated, which added security, but we were not provided with a PIN code for the pedestrian gates. This meant when walking back from the nearby shops we had to go around to the main vehicle entrance to re-enter the complex.

There is also a nice pool area with a barbecue and seating, which was a great addition. The apartment included undercover parking in a single garage.

Cons:

The property, although nice, does feel quite tired in places and some areas could benefit from repair or updating. The living area furniture was worn and visually unclean, and the floors did not feel particularly clean when we arrived.

The garage parking was very narrow and quite tight for our 4WD vehicle.

Pros:

2 bed townhouse was great. Had a good layout. Was comfy.

Cons:

Needed a bit of TLC. The bathroom fan needed cleaning & there was a cockroach in the sink.

Absolutely amazing!
Friendly staff, we got an upgrade to the townhouse which is perfect for us! Our kiddies had the best time in the pool and we loved how close everything was to us-the local English fish and chips is a must!

Very happy with our stay-didn’t want to leave!

Nice loation and great staff service, be aware no air con upstairs with hot bedrooms

Great staff, convenient location, quiet neighbourhood.

Thanks for the staff find our kid's lost watch and keeping it in the reception

Cons:

The only air conditioning is downstairs, and the upstairs bedrooms are so hot that we can't close the bedroom doors at night, even with the ceiling fans on. We end up leaving the air con and ceiling fans on all the time, which is a way of wasting lots of electricity, but the only way to avoid the unbearable heat in upstairs.
At least one air con should be installed upstairs.
