Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the apartment are commendable, and it is well-equipped with all essential amenities. The availability of storage containers is particularly beneficial for meal preparation and storing food, especially for families with children.

Cons:

The overall experience was positive; however, the provision of a stick vacuum would significantly enhance the ease of pre-departure cleaning.

The most disgusting service I have ever received. I would never ever stay at any Direct Collective hotels or affiliated
Pros:

I booked the accommodation and then was sent a text message saying I was unable to check in because I was apparently blacklisted last year. Which I was given to information or indication that this was the case. I have repeatedly asked for information relating to the request I made at another affiliated hotel which led to a complaint being made and the staff member not following process. I paid for the accommodation in full and have been ignored by staff and have not had any funds returned.

Cons:

The incompetence and unbelievable rudeness from staff and the absolute disregard for any procedure or legislative process and quite frankly human decency and concern has left me in an extremely vulnerable and potentially unsafe position.

I would recommend and go back because of the comfortable beds, secure lock up and location
Pros:

Location, comfortable beds and pillows, facility’s, rooms were spacious, washing machine and dryer, bath and showers, parking, secure lock up, quiet, Aldi across the road, kid friendly and staff were nice and very organised. Great for a family.

Cons:

The upstairs doesn’t have heating and due to the wet weather and winter kicking in upstairs was cold at night. There is aircon that you could heat down stairs with but didn’t really heat upstairs for night time.

Big sized properties but far from Mooloolaba centre
Pros:

Very big complex, got upgraded to a townhouse which was very nice. Safe within a gated community. Clean inside property with all the amenities needed.

Cons:

Far from the centre, you would need a car if you wish to stay here as buses take too long. Was waiting at the gates for a while to check in as no one was at reception to check us in. An expensive price to be far out from the centre I felt.
