뚜벅이가 이용하기 좋은 위치의 숙소입니다.
Pros:

숙소 위치가 진짜 좋아요. 둔산동 번화가까지 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있고, 시청역 지하철까지도 7분정도 걸으면 도착했어요. 뚜벅이들은 지하철타고 성심당 본점가기도, 버스타고 롯데백화점 가기도 편했어요. 레지던스 특성상 원룸형에 시설이 세련됐다고는 못하지만, 저렴한 가격에 깔끔한 룸 컨디션을 유지하고 있어서 좋았습니다. 2박 묵었는데 외출했을때 침대 위에 벗어 놓은 잠옷 빼고는 소지품은 일체 이동 없이 방만 깔끔하게 치워줘서 좋았어요. 조식도 종류와 양이 많지는 않지만, 깔끔하게 먹을 수 있었어요. 다만 일요일 아침 조식때는 사람이 너무너무 많아서 음식도 빨리 없어지고 자리도 없었지만, 그만큼 자리도 빨리나고 음식도 빨리 채워줬어요. 다른 메뉴는 그냥 평범한 조식 같았는데, 두부 샐러드의 두부가 너무 맛있어서 아직도 생각나요ㅠㅠ

냉장고 모터 빼고 다 좋아요..
Pros:

냉장고 모터가 계속 돌아가면 차라리 더 나을수도 있겠지만 켜졌다 꺼졌다를 계속 몇분마다 반복을 해서 잠에서 여러번 깼어요. 켜질때 모터 소리가 굉장이 커서 누가 방문 따고 들어오는 줄 알고 몇번이나 놀랬어요. 냉장고 없는 방이 좋기는 하겠는데 냉장고가 필요해서 갔었어요. 다른 호텔처럼 저음 냉장고이면 참 좋겠네요.. 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 다른 문제점은 없었어요. 방도 넓고 다른건 다 좋아요.

Pros:

이틀을 머물렀습니다. 모든 것이 평균 이상이었고 특히 아친 조식이 좋았네요. SUV를위한 주차공간이 제한적인 것이 아쉬웠지만... 근처에 무료 주차를 할 수 있었습니다. 주변 길가 주차구역에 주차가능했습니다. 공휴일은 무료고 평일은 아침10시 까지만 차량을 무료주차할 수 있습니다.

Pros:

Great place to stay, very comfortable setting. The room had everything you could need. The kitchen had pots and pans, a stove eye and a microwave. The bathroom is pretty stocked as well, even a hair dryer. So it felt like a studio apartment. Couldn’t be more pleased with my stay.

대전 갈때마다 부담없이 이용하는 호텔입니다!
3성급호텔로 직원들도 너무 친절하시고 청결합니다.
특히 직원들 참~~친절하셔서 자주 이용하는데, 이번 숙박때는 아침조식때 친절한 직원분들 칭찬합니다~
저희 아이가 스프를 뜨다가 손에 흘려 조금 화상을 입어서 주방직원분께서 얼음 비닐을 부탁드렸더니~얼른 챙겨주시며 괜찮으시냐며 걱정해 주시더라구요!~
너무 감사했고, 조식도 맛있게 먹고 왔네요~~
늘 편안하게 이용할수있는 숙박시설로 다른분들께 적극 추천합니다!~~~^^

하필 이틀째날 단체숙박층에 머물게되어 방음상태 안좋아서
자기힘들었습니다. 노래하고 쉴새없이 왔다갔다 문닫는소리에 도어락 삑삑소리에..
밤시간 직원이 없어 어디 중재요청할데가 없어서
거의 뜬눈밤새다 새벽에 나와버렸습니다.
호텔측 잘못이 아니니 이건 운이겠지요.
온돌바닥이라 침대위는 춥습니다. 데워지는데 시간걸리니 샤워전(욕실추움), 취침전미리 데워야함. 데워지면 세상 훈훈함.
룸 컨디션은 케바케이니 사용전 체크해야하고
카드키없이 도어락비번으로 드나드는건 편했고
큰차 아니면 주차타워 셀프라 괜찮았어요.
조식은 신청하지않아 모르겠네요. 참고로 슬리퍼와 1회용품 없고 드라이기,샤워3은 있어요.
감안한다면 다른 장점때문에 재방 의사 있네요.
