This hotel can not be categorised as a 5 star. The toilet seats were stained. I even tried to clean it myself and they are just old permanent stains. The food is not at par, the service and staff do not know how to accurately speak to guests.
The location, comfort, food quality
Three rooms were booked 2 Delux and one superior but on reaching we found that the superior room is in a different building hence we choose to stay in a Delux room only. But during payment we were made to pay for superior room and was said that as your booking is online we cannot do much. That’s actually not correct.
The staff are very polite and professional. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Housekeeping and in room services were excellent. Overall this was a great experience.
Food quality can be improved, authenticity in taste can be improved.

First of all they charged us heavy amount and according to that service very poor....and the owner was very rude ...he was acting like he is the owner of five star hotel...dont ever visit this hotel even by mistake...at this property you cant even speak at high pitch...even if u watch tv on a moderate volume owner says (muje gandu samjh rakha hai kya? Abhi k abhi hakal dunga) ...they said they wil give extra mattress but as we asked them for it...they didn't gave that to us....even there was very normal toilet fittings...there were some terrible rules...like you cant even talk to your partner in swimming pool...just swim and go..else the staff will come and have argument with u...I genuinely suggest its a scam and waste of money
The location is very good. Green and quiet place.
The room was very clean and housekeeping service was perfect.
The service in the restaurant was disappointing; I waited 10 minutes for a clean cup and felt the staff were dismissive of my requests.
