Overall very good stay with good experience other than the restaurant
Pros:

Stay was comfortable ,front desk duty manager snared stay was comfortable .Very good gym with good equipment

Room service food was good

Cons:

Food at the buffet restaurant lacks variety & staff is pertually unavailable

Restaurant manager is continuously unavailable & so is the staff

One has to point out refills

Cons:

As it was 31st Dec night there was no buffet dinner for staying in guests. It was only gala dinner which was more than required. Family with kid wouldnt opt for gala dinner as due to kid they wont opt for DJ party which was included in gala dinner. Same would be the case for people travelling with senior citizens. Staying in guests should be given exemption and more buffet options.

Basic need not fulfilled.
Pros:

BF, Dinner, HK, Staff, Ambience - All good !

Cons:

Sleepless nights due to Air Conditioning System is switched off post midnight. Had to call up and ask the Maintenance Dept to switch on Chilled Water System.
No point in staying in a reputed hotel to experience sleepless nights, which in fact is the basic of hospitality industry. Should this be given as a feedback ? Pls introspect !
