Exceptional service and very nice facilities.
Pros:

Very good hotel! The newer block is well furnished, immaculately clean and very peaceful with excellent soundproofing.

I had a problem early on caused by bad mannered guests and the response from the manager was truly outstanding. He and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure the rest of my stay was very enjoyable.

Cons:

Some of the other guests were rude and obnoxious. This is not the fault of the hotel and as mentioned the hotel staff made every effort to ensure I was comfortable.

We had a amazing stay. Loved the pool facilities and enjoyed swimming
Pros:

I loved the breakfast but as I stayed 3 nights it seemed somewhat repetitive. Would have loved to have parathas but didn't know of the existence of the paratha counter till after I had my breakfast on the last day. But there was everything for all palettes.
The staff were very cordial and helpful.
Didn't know who to tip as there were so many staff members.
Maybe a tip box placed at a strategic place would be convenient...
