Pros:

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great to have a bottle of water daily.
Great facilities (gym, pool, etc.). Good to have restaurant options in one area with different theme and standards.
Great bar.

Cons:

Limited in room sachets of coffee and tea. Some were not replenished after I used them.
Breakfast was okay, but not always great food alternatives.

Très bon séjour, grâce à un cadre agréable et une équipe attentive.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le restaurant ainsi que la localisation de l’hôtel. C’est presque comme une petite ville dans la ville : une fois installé, on s’y sent vraiment bien.

Le cadre est très agréable et tout est bien organisé pour que l’on puisse profiter pleinement du séjour sans forcément sortir, grâce aux différents restaurants et services disponibles sur place.

C’était ma première fois au Nigeria et j’ai vraiment apprécié l’endroit et l’ambiance. D’ailleurs, le buffet local et traditionnel proposé chaque jour au restaurant me manque déjà au moment où j’écris ces mots.

Cons:

Ce que j’ai moins apprécié concerne à nouveau le mode de paiement avec Booking, qui ne prélève pas directement sur les cartes. À mon arrivée, cela a créé un petit quiproquo concernant la garantie de la réservation.

Par ailleurs, la première chambre qui m’a été attribuée ne correspondait pas exactement à celle que j’avais réservée. Cependant, Monsieur Yemi et son équipe à la réception ont vraiment fait tout leur possible pour résoudre la situation. Comme l’hôtel était complet au moment de mon arrivée, ils ont fait le maximum avec les chambres disponibles afin de me proposer la solution la plus confortable.

Je tiens donc à les remercier sincèrement pour leurs efforts et leur professionnalisme. Grâce à eux, je repars finalement satisfait de ce séjour. Merci beaucoup à lui et à toute son équipe.

The worst experience I ever had in 5 stars hotel
Pros:

The Gym only

Cons:

The hotel is very old, doors and windows were not sealed properly so you can hear huge noises from swimming pool and corridors, i had to use ear plugs to sleep
AC unit is very noisy and keep cooling without set temperature so i had to switch off and on (cold and hot)
Showers are provided with poor quality shampoo & shower gel so i had skin rash and bought items from supermarket instead
At reception they had only one credit card machine with local currency and i lost to much in the exchange rate
It cost me 300 USD per night for such bad service, I believe that hotel management has to really re evaluate their services against pricing

Pros:

Location is perfect, the size of the coumpound great, lots of restaurants, pool, all fine n great.

Cons:

The only minor thing is that for breakfast, there are no fresh juices, only the "artificial" ones, and things are a bit overpiriced in some of the restaurants.
