Simple place to stay
Pros:

The place is simple and nice to stay for a short trip. No extra amenities available only necessary items such as towels and hot shower.

On 2nd night we found a cockroach roaming on the floor!

Need to have indicator to indicate wether we want housekeeping instead of the staff knocking on the door asking us of we want the service.

Overall it is a nice place to stay for a short trip.

Pros:

It's good for personal or business trip. Quiet and safe place. Just for Parking is very limited, first come first serve at night. Food is just around the corner.

The hotel is in town area.
Pros:

I was there with small kid. The hotel has lift. Price is cheap. Friendly staff. The hotel view was kelantan river i guess, and in front of the hotel has some walking site so we can take a walk early morning before going to pasar khadijah which very near. Value for money. But bare in mind that parking space is quite limited especially if getting there on weekend.

Holiday in Kota Bharu
Pros:

NIce location but parking was limited. Also Hotel entrance Door was not the same door with reception. Only 1 keypass. Need to ask the hotel staff to open if somebody from the room go out and want to get back in. Family Room was too small even for a small family.

No towel when i check in and need to ask from the staff. They should provide in the room before customer check in.

Overall is OK except for the car parking and room space.

My rate overall is 2.5 from 5.

Very average hotel, met the basic needs for us
Pros:

We were just stopping off in Kota Bharu for a night, this hotel met our needs for this but I wouldn't want to stay longer. The toilet leaked on the floor which made the bathroom constantly wet (it wasn't dirty water)!

Der var ingen wi-fi, toilet/bad-gulvet var hele tiden vådt. Der var intet af interesse i byen, så det ville være bedre at tage bus direkte fra lufthavnen til bådene til Perhentian Islands.
