Pros:

Nahe am Zentrum und unweit des Bahnhofs, was sehr praktisch ist, ruhig.Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war einfach. Die Auswahl an Obst war sehr begrenzt, es gab keine Fischplatte und es war unmöglich, ein Omelette zu bestellen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war für ein 3-jähriges Kind sehr begrenzt. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein. Die Gäste mussten stehen und auf einen Tisch warten, was generell Probleme verursacht, insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern. Das Personal war beim Frühstück gleichgültig, half nicht bei der Platzierung der Gäste und war unfreundlich.
Vielleicht wäre es notwendig, die Gäste beim Einchecken zu fragen, wann sie frühstücken möchten, um das Frühstück etwas besser regeln zu können, wie es in einigen anderen Hotels üblich ist. Gesamtbewertung des Frühstücks: 3 von 5 Punkten.

Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Kühlschrank. Im gesamten Hotel steht nur ein einziger Kühlschrank im Flur, der öffentlich zugänglich ist – was mit Kindern sehr unpraktisch ist. Auch YouTube und Netflix sind im Zimmer nicht verfügbar.Eine Verbindung per Telefon ist ebenfalls nicht möglich.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Cons:

Das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen. Es waren viele Gäste, da musste man oft auch das Nachfüllen der Speisen warten.

Wir waren begeistert von Hotel und Stadt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Mitten in der Stadt, hinter einem langen hohen alten Gebäude. Absolut ruhig und zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind auf einem offenen Schotterplatz in der Nähe des Hotels gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Angeblich ist der Parkplatz Video überwacht. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, allerdings ohne Steckdose für Akku Ladung.

Angenehme Übernachtung in Leipzig
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, Innenstadt bequem zu erreichen. Komfortables und ruhiges Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal (wir bekamen einen größeren Parkplatz)

Cons:

Leichte Überschwemmungsgefahr im Badezimmer (keine Tür in der Dusche), Parkplatz 1 in der Garage ist nur für kleine PKWs geeignet

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und Hbf und trotzdem absolut ruhig gelegen , jeweils 10min entfernt.Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.Das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche , sehr stylisch.
Das Frühstück wird in einem gemütlichen Frühstücksraum serviert.Am Büfett mangelt es an nichts.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Auf Sonderwünsche wird problemlos eingegangen.
