Dit was mijn 12de keer in Thailand, maar wat ik in dit hotel heb meegemaakt, heb ik nog nooit eerder ervaren.
Bij aankomst wilden we inchecken. We hadden een nieuwe boeking, omdat onze oorspronkelijke reis in april door de oorlog verplaatst werd naar mei. We probeerden dit uit te leggen, maar de dame aan de receptie bleef alleen maar herhalen: “reservation number”, tot uiteindelijk de manager erbij kwam en alles in orde bracht.
De foto’s van het hotel bleken helaas misleidend en veel mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Eerst werden we in een vreemde kamer geplaatst, dus gingen we terug naar beneden. Uiteindelijk moesten we nog eens 1000 baht extra betalen, omdat het blijkbaar om twee verschillende hotelketens ging die wel dezelfde faciliteiten delen. Voor dat extra geld kregen we een bed dat bovendien erg oncomfortabel was en pijn deed.
Niet al het personeel was vriendelijk, behalve Ali, de badmeester, en een mevrouw van het restaurant. Zij waren wel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het toppunt was bij het uitchecken. We besloten vroeger te vertrekken omdat we het echt niet meer volhielden. Terwijl we al in de taxi zaten richting luchthaven, vroegen we nog of alles in orde was en men zei van wel. Bijna aan de luchthaven werd onze taxi plots opgebeld door het hotel met de vraag om langs de kant te stoppen. Mijn kinderen schrokken enorm en werden bang. Ik zei meteen dat ik de politie zou bellen. Pas toen vertelde de chauffeur dat we volgens het hotel nog iets moesten betalen.
Ik vind het absoluut niet kunnen dat een hotel op deze manier handelt en mijn kinderen zo bang maakt tijdens de rit. Dit verwacht je niet van een hotelketen. Heel teleurstellende ervaring.

Ideal hotel for families with young children!!
Pros:

My family had a wonderful stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the kids pool area as well as the kids club. Of the few we experienced in the area, this was the best kids club we went too. The room was big, with more than enough room for our family of 5. Perfectly located with walking distance to Ao Nang beach, the night market, and everything else you could possibly need. Staff were all extremely friendly and hospitable. Resort was nice and clean too!

Cons:

No complaints here, for what we needed, it was perfect.

Pros:

Close to 7/11, restaurants and other shops, close to the night market and the beach, the food is delicious

We was 3 people, 2 adults and 1 kid, they offer you 1 king size bed or 2 single bed for the 3 of us, we asked for additional bed fir my son and they charge you, when I booked in other’s hotel they always have additional bed for kids including in the price, this it’s the only point I didn’t like it

Wir fanden alles super, vor allem den Kids Club für unser Kind. Die Lage ist auch gut, mit 7 11 und vielen Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich. Es gibt 2 Poolbereiche und einen Aufenthaltsraum und einen Café Bereich mit kostenlosen Snacks. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Zwischen den Kieselsteinen vor dem Pool für Erwachsene war leider total viel Müll (Wattestäbchen, Reste einer Plastikverpackung u.a.) Es war sehr ekelig. Ich machte einen Mitarbeiter hierauf aufmerksam, doch er verstand mich anscheinend nicht auf Englisch, denn er entfernte den Müll nicht...

Pokoje od ulicy. Okna nieszczelne przez co było głośno w pokoju. To jedyny minus tego hotelu. Tak to byłaby 10 a jest 9.5 😊

Pros:

Les commodité avec la piscine et les petit plus pour les enfants. Le personnel toujours très sympathique. Et les chambre étaient très spacieuse.

Cons:

Devoir payer 800bath supplémentaires pour 1 oreillers et une couverture alors que notre enfant a dormi avec nous et sans avoir de lit supplémentaire. Nous avons fait réclamation est avons été remboursés, mais le fait est que nous n’avons pas à payer si ce n’est pas dans le prix de base.
