I would like to go back!
Pros:

Hotel was clean, quiet, spacious, good breakfast. Excellent location, backing on to the boardwalk. Helpful staff, could order a taxi and it would be there in a couple of minutes, no waiting around. One of our group experience a minor plumbing incident, but the staff dealt with it immediately and all was good. Breakfast was great, you could order fresh eggs and they were made directly in front of you. Extensive choice of breakfast food.

Cons:

I didn't get to the indoor pool as the opening hours did not suit unless we staying around the hotel during the day. I would have loved if it opened early morning and late evening, so I was disappointed with this. Travel in March so weather not great for the outdoor pool.

Výhľad z okna, z jedálne, prístup na pláž výťahom, parkovanie, neskutočné raňajky, obrovský výber.

Cons:

Kúpeľna by veľmi potrebovala opraviť. Sprchový kút neodtekal poriadne, vodu bolo treba zregulovat dlho, umývadlo vsadené v doske čo napuchla.

A very nice hotel in a great location. I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in superb location.
The room was spacious & well equipped.
Housekeeping was very good, the bed & pillows were comfortable, so all very good.
The pool area, terraces & bar all very good.
I loved this hotel & parking was included (at an additional cost)
Great location for the beach with direct access to the promenade & beach & just a short walk to the marina with all the bars, restaurants & shops!
All staff were super friendly & helpful.

Tolle Lage. Es gibt noch viel Potential nach oben.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Die Busstation liegt vor dem Hotel. Der Hafen ist sehr nah.
Frühstück ist sehr auf Engländer ausgerichtet, aber auch wer keine Würstchen mag, kommt auf seine Kosten. Anfang März 26 war es im Hotel noch sehr ruhig.
Hotel wurde aufgefrischt.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist das freundliche Personal.
Ausgenommen an der Reception, da wurde man nicht immer freundlich behandelt. Wir hatten über mindestens 24 h kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen, habe mich darüber beschwert und wurde einfach abgewimmelt. Kein Gläschen Sekt oder eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit wurde einem angeboten.
Zimmerreinigung super! Mit Abendservice!

Cons:

Etwas ringhörig, ständig irgendwelche kleinere Bauarbeiten. Badezimmermaterialien schlecht ausgesucht, daher sieht es sehr schnell etwas übel aus. Wenn man im Hotel etwas genauer hinsieht, viel Pfusch vorhanden.
Beim Sonnenbaden wurde zum Beispiel eine Stunde lang gekärchert oder Fugen verbessert und die Reste von den gelegten Platten weggeschliffen.
Duschen zum Teil nur mir kaltem Wasser möglich.
Mischbatterie funktioniert nicht. Mal kochend heiss und dann wieder eiskalt!
Abendessen, wenn nicht gleich mitgebucht unglaubliche 29 Euro!

Desayuno con café muy malo bollería dura zumos de bote y embutido el más barato. Si quieres cargar el coche eléctrico tienes q pagar primero 15€ de parking

Muy bien por el tiempo y un hotel que tendrían que degradar a 3 estrellas.

Cons:

Desayunos con muchas cosas pero de muy baja calidad.
Me encontré una cucaracha en el baño y en un hotel de cuatro estrellas es inadmisible.
La campa donde aparcas y te cobran 15 euros al día parece un patatal, sin asfaltar sin cubierta y con baches.
Hotel con un mantenimiento muy básico (cosas viejas y defectuosas) para ser de cuatro estrellas..

Poor entertainment which finished early. Lack of atmosphere by day such as no music. Catered mostly to the elderly and not younger couples we usually stay in the hotel but this holiday we ended up having to go out for entertainment purposes
