Pros:

The accommodation was good and the bed size and matrass were good.

I did see mosquitoes in the room which implies regular fumigation will be required.

Their internet worked for a few hours and then went off. It was not never fixed until I left. There is an opportunity to improve their internet services.

Water from the tape was not flowing regularly. I presume their were issues which they tried to fix.

The location of the hotel is great. About 40 minutes drive to the airport.

Pros:

Good facilities and property but very awful management, terrible customer service, very backward in using technology to drive business. Made me pay again on checkout for my two nights stay after prepaying on Expedia.com, said contract with Expedia has been terminated because they don’t remit payment, but they are still listed on Expedia till date, and I’m the latest victim of this rather sad scam, till date I’m yet to be refunded by Expedia, wondering how long this will go on.
God will judge.

Excellent service and warm staff
Pros:

Randolph hotel and resort is truly a good hotel by all standard. A three star hotel that answers to its name . i lodge in this hotel in port-harcourt from Lagos , and was welcome by neat looking receptionists. i enjoyed the ambiance of this hotel and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful room too with a lot of things to pamper you.
The restaurant is cute with waiters giving me courteous service. My dinner was well served with all the accompaniment served along with it by staff paying attention to me all the time
Three bars greeted me, a swimming pool bar, a garden bar with huge play pen for the children and an executive bar which was named appropriately as VINTAGE bar
i must bring my family to this hotel in my next visit.
A beautiful swimming pool , with a welcoming attendant who demanded if i can swim or requiring swimming lesson.

Over all my trip was so successful, thanks to this beautiful hotel: Randolph
