Being consistent with their standard
Pros:

I booked for 3 people and loved the fact that I was given a nice family room, providing privacy between the shared people. Not forgetting that we were able to check in before the time with no hassle.

Cons:

Parade hotel has been our go to hotel and there's nothing I can point out to say I didn't like

Pros:

The receptionist Zoe welcomed us very well.
The cleaners were friendly, and the security guides were hands-on and helping all the time

Cons:

There were a lot of mosquitoes, and we went back home with mosquitoes wounds.
The air-conditioning accommodates the high bloody people my kids caught flu due to cold air-conditioners.
