Just fix the toilets because after using them when flushing the waste just don't move
Pros:

The kitchen stuff wss great and the receptionist were so helpful

Cons:

In G6 and G7 the aircons were only supplying cold air not hot air and the toilet sit in G6 is moving not stable

one of the porter guys (the one in full uniform) not the younger smaller guy , was a bit rude and judgemental ,he made me feel like I'm not welcome kept comming to my room and inflicting rules on me ....that were unnecessary and mean .I get people take their jobs seriously but I was celebrating my 33th birthday and he spoilt the experience for me.otherwise everyone else was great love ,reception ladies and cleaners ...hope the renovation finishes soon when come back it made going up with suitcases a challenge

The stay was very comfortable, the break fast amazing, thank you Parade Hotel for the best hospitality experience. My new place to stay when vacationing in Durban from hereon.

Staff is friendly and affordable

Cons:

No mops in the room, incase u spill the water ul have to wait for the cleaning lady the following day, i suggest rooms the rooms should have mops

Lift accomodate only 4 people at a time .we were a group of 15 it was an inconvenient for us.

Great stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome, delicious. The room view was great. Room met expectations.

Cons:

The reception area could do with a signature scent. It smelt a bit damp. Which is understandable because it's beachfront.
