Pros:

We slept comfortably and was clean.

Cons:

Water dropping from the aircondition. We had to put something to collect water because it was messing the floor next to the bathroom.

Easy access to the beach. Shoprite within walking distance. UShaka is also near.

Breakfast was excellent. Quite a variety to choose from. Perfect location. Towels and bedding were clean. Area around the hotel was safe. I would recommend family and friends

Staff is so helpful and they allow one to wait in their waiting room until check time arrives and after check out they allow one to stay in their waiting room until time to go arrive meaning safety it’s their first priority

Just okay.
Pros:

There were some friendly staff and there was cleaning daily, the breakfast was okay. short proximity to beach and fast food stores and Durban CBD. I was promptly assisted upon requesting to change my room.

Cons:

I was not allowed to dish up my food at breakfast and eat in my room I really wasn't feeling well and had to sit unwillingly in that dining hall, the sheets constantly felt sandy from the beach sand even after cleaning, I was not asked if they could change my sheets I had to remind them and even after the sand persisted not a lot just you could feel some crystal like residue. No dinner
