Pros:

I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I would’ve done better if I had prepared for a year.

Pros:

Estuvimos 4 noches, el personal es muy amable. Está bonito, limpio. La alberca está calentita , el desayuno incluido es bueno, Lo único que veo inconveniente es que el hotel está muy lejos de todo, no hay cerca nada.
Y los tours no recogen en esa ubicación.

Pros:

Cabins not ok. We were 4 but the kids had to sleep in a couch that’s is not for a bed. Very uncomfortable beds. Place is not more then 3 star “hotel”. Breakfast needs way more improvement. We move cabins because the water heater wasn’t working properly so we had no hot water to shower. Definitely will look another option for same price we can find way better place. Gustavo at front desk was very nice tough.

Ótima opção de estadia em Bariloche
Pros:

Excelente escolha para quem quer fugir da muvuca do centro e ainda estar perto de algumas atrações como o Circuito Chico e Cerv Patagônia. Staff muito educado, especialmente o Gustavo. Voltaria nesse hotel com certeza. Café da manhã delicioso.

O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e muito aconchegante! A vista era incrível, uma combinação entre o lago Nahuel Huapi, bosque e montanhas nevadas! O café da manhã com boas opções e a estrutura do hotel completa!

Increíble atención
Pros:

El hotel muy agradable.
La ubicacion es privilegiada para circuito chico, no tanto para el pueblo ni para Villa la Angostura ya que si esta lejos.

Tiene una alberca maravillosa que esta climatizada.

El restaurante tiene una vista espectacular y algunas habitaciones tambien.

There is a water fountain available for all guests, allowing you to fill up your bottles before and after hikes, which is extremely convenient. The nearby food truck restaurant, featuring live music, was a fun addition and conveniently located close to the trails. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fui con mi esposa y mi hijo. Se sumo mi familia después.

!Cuento con lujo de detalle porque la pasamos increíble y considero que merece su recomendación!

En la recepción nos atendió Gabriel, super amable nos dejaron ingresar antes del horario "oficial" ya que llegamos muy temprano.
Llegamos y la habitación todo muy limpio, tiene jacuzzi, jabones y todo para darte un baño relajado (sin adicionales)
Después tiene un minibar que es de cargo a la habitación pero se me hace super bien porqué si bien los costos no son de supermercado, tampoco están exagerados, el vino una delicia 😋.

Rentamos auto y todo queda a 10 minutos y 20 minutos esta lleno de playas,

Frente al hotel hay kayak y bicis para rentar, aunque hay otros más económicos eso es de ley pues están sobre la ruta

La cabaña que rentaron el resto de la familia todo super bien, no fue tan Lujo pues es cabaña.

Para cerrar, el hotel tiene spa, no lo probamos
