Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés (nous avons été malheureusement réveillés par les bruits du personnel d’entretien et des personnes à côté). Cela n’est cependant pas un frein.

Une fabuleuse parenthèse hors du temps.
Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel avec une très belle vue sur mer. Le personnel est aimable, très accueillant et chaleureux. Les chambres sont modernes, propres, décorées avec goût et véritable souci du détail. Ce séjour fut une vraie parenthèse (comme le nom de son restaurant l’indique) hors du temps, on en ressort apaisé et reposé. Le restaurant était fabuleux, avec des produits travaillés avec finesse et amour. Je recommande fortement.

Cons:

S’il fallait vraiment trouver un bémol : le petit-déjeuner était un poil répétitif (même si les jus pays restent excellents), et que les chambres peuvent peut-être sembler un peu petites par rapport aux photos (mais c’est vraiment un détail).
