Úžasné ubytování kousek od nádraží i od pláže. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Včetně každodenního úklidu.
Pros:

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté. Uz při příchodu na pokoj tu všude vonělo a byla puštěná klimatizace. Každý den se pokoj uklízel, což bylo velmi komfortní. Personál byl velice ochotný a příjemný. Jeden den se nám rozbila žaluzie. Personál to však téměř hned vyřešil, do druhého dne to bylo opravené a ještě jsme dostali kávu jako omluvu. Všichni byli velice ochotní a nápomocní.

Camera confortevole, bagno un po' piccolino, ma ci siamo fermati solo una notte.
Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Tutto; lo staff, la struttura e sopratutto la camera. Soggiornare da loro mi ha fatto provare una gran tranquillità. Il posto è comodissimo sia per arrivare al mare, al parco o fare una passeggiata per i negozi, posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso, e lo staff ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Potrei dire tanto altro ma non voglio dilungarmi troppo.
Sicuramente ci tornerò. Un sincero grazie a tutto lo staff.

Nice location and convenient/basic hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Nice location close to the beach/promenade as well as the train station which was convenient for us travelling the next day.

Cons:

The room and bathroom was rather small, the beds were a bit uncomfortable (could feel the springs) and there were noisy guests next to us. Despite contacting the reception through WhatsApp about this (at midnight), it was not dealt with accordingly and I was woken up at 3:30am because of the room next door talking loudly, laughing and constantly opening/closing doors. I had to go knock on their door before they would finally keep quiet. Normally I wouldn't complain about this as I know it is out of the hotel's control, however they did not deal well with the situation and every time I contacted them via WhatsApp I heard a notification ping next door, making me think the one receptionist may have been there as part of the group making the noise...

Vergognoso!! Bagno senza piatto doccia (veniva formato con una plastica che scendeva) chiuso da una tenda. Arredii a dir poco distrutti , odore di fumo stantio nella reception e soprattutto SENZA ARIA CONDIZIONATA, quando, invece, sostengono, di averla. In tutto l'albergo non c'è l'aria condizionata . Hanno le macchine in camera dove funziona la ventola ma non esce aria fresca. Impossibile dormire. Fortunatamente siamo rimasti una sola notte!

Materasso comodo e stanza bene pulita. In un albergo che mostra dignitosamente i suoi anni. Considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente nulla da dire. La zona ha un'alta concentrazione di strutture e di abitazioni per cui parcheggiare potrebbe non risultare sempre agevole.

Cons:

La policy aziendale per le tariffe separate degli extra. Si può scegliere dal servizio base e poi man mano, con extra prezzo si può aggiungere un letto in più, il frigobar, la colazione. Naturalmente tutti servizi che fanno lievitare il prezzo base competitivo e portarlo ai livelli delle altre strutture in zona. Personalmente preferisco trasparenza da subito piuttosto che tariffe che salgono al salire dei servizi.

Arrivate per una notte a Rimini, pagato 54€ per una doppia ad uso singolo e successivamente una maggioranza di 20€ per aggiungere un’amica che si è fermata con me .
Con i 40 gradi di questi giorni mi ero assicurata in anticipo che ci fosse l’aria condizionata, arrivate in camera l’aria era totalmente inesistente, si sentiva il rumore ma la camera era calda come un forno, quindi qualcosa non andava. Passato la nottata in bianco, si stava meglio fuori che dentro. Bagno e camera abbastanza pulito tranne per il fatto che ho trovato un capello estraneo nel letto e che il bagno non avesse il bidet, che ha peggiorato gravemente l’esperienza. Il problema più grande é stato che, la mattina dopo, provo a darmi una sistemata prima di lasciare la camera e non esce più neanche una goccia d’ acqua, né dal rubinetto, né dalla doccia.
Aspetto mezz’ora per lavarmi la faccia e ricevo la chiamata alle 10.10 che bisognava lasciare la stanza alle 10. Lo faccio presente in reception e la ragazza si scusa procedendo a farci pagare 2 euro di bottiglietta d’acqua che avevamo preso la sera prima. Esperienza pessima, vorrei aver fatto più foto della camera.
