Agréable malgré quelques bémols.

Chambre agréable et spacieuse.
Piscine et équipements spa : très bien.
Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant est attentionné mais les personnes à l'accueil de l'hôtel ne sont pas très agréables.
Manque de ventilation au restaurant, il y faisait beaucoup trop chaud même en mai. Heureusement, plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité de l'hôteL
Le jardin et les abords demandent à être aménagés et entretenus.

Alex was very nice and patient
The room was very clean, the dinner was excellent and the breakfast was very good!

Fehler die sich vermeiden lassen sollten 😞

Cons:

Menü wurde kurzfristig geändert (Fleisch nicht verfügbar)
Einmal wurde beim Menü das Kartoffelpüree komplett vergessen (man dürfe sich dafür beim Käsebuffet bedienen)
Einmal wurde und eine Flasche Wein vom Nachbartisch verrechnet (kompliziert zum richtigstellen, für 2 kleine Radler wurden grosse verrechnet = Rechnung kontrollieren )
Bei einem Tischnachbarn wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht (wurde vergessen)

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte all’hotel Rosengarten, con la mezza pensione, quindi cena e colazione incluse e ci sia
Pros:

La Spa è sicuramente la parte che abbiamo preferito. La piscina gode di una vista bellissima e l’ambiente è veramente rilassante.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che mi sento di dire al riguardo è il fatto che nella camera non c’era il bidet, che avremmo preferito avere. Per il resto tutto al top.

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt, sympathisches Personal und sehr gutem Essen

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Rosengarten. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und stets gut gelaunt, wodurch man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlte. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist angenehm und entspannt, und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich mit den Saunen und dem Hallenbad hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Allerdings war in einer Dusche der Ablauf verstopft, was behoben werden sollte. Zudem wurden die vorgesehenen Zeiten für den Aufenthalt von Kindern im Hallenbad leider nicht immer eingehalten, wodurch es zeitweise etwas unruhig war. Die Zimmer wirken insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere der Teppichboden könnte modernisiert werden. Eine kleine Renovierung würde das Gesamtbild des Hotels deutlich aufwerten.

Pros:

Melhor...o que eu não gostei.
Empregados excelentes e super simpáticos.
Gostei de tudo,super limpo e o comer muito bom.
O pequeno almoço de rei, mas para mim o melhor foi a simpatia dos empregados.
De certo irei voltar.
Já agora , aproveitem a massagem, é bom demais e feita por um profissional.

De ser só uma semana, deveria de ser pelo menos duas.😉😉

Für eine kurze Auszeit perfekt
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr ruhig. Das Abendessen Buffet ist der Hammer.

Cons:

Bei der Halbpension ist die Auswahl sehr beschränkt. Es gibt nur zwei verschiedene Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl.
