Pros:

Pros:

Le buffet déjeuner était varié et complet. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortable. Hôtel moderne et agréable. Beaucoup d’espaces prévus pour accueillir la clientèle, grande terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes et grand stationnement. Tout le personnel est au petit soin avec la clientèle, ils s’occupent de nos besoins et s’assurent que nous ne manquons de rien.

avrei gradito un frigobar in camera e soprattutto una bottiglia di acqua per ogni giorno di soggiorno.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante.
Pros:

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottimale, in zona tranquilla accanto alla pista sci che d'inverno diventa una super comodità. Si sente dalle camere lo scroscio del ruscello che accompagna piacevolmente il sonno. Abbiamo gradito molto l'accoglienza e la cortesia del Direttore Alex, disponibile e gentile che ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste. Colazione ottima e abbondante, di prima qualità. Avevamo una camera con balcone con vista sui boschi e pista sci. Zona Spa e piscina molto bella e ottima cura e pulizia degli ambienti. La piscina interna ha una vetrata dove puoi ammirare il paesaggio e i boschi. Molto rilassante!

Cons:

Mancavano le luci all'entrata dell'Hotel e la notte quando siamo tornati era tutto buio.

Disappointing service experience for a family wellness stay
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were good (Dinner especially).
The Restaurant staff was friendly and very responsive.
There is a range of different saunas in the wellness area.
The hotel is located in a very quite area, we could sleep with opened windows.

Cons:

We booked this hotel as a birthday present for my husband and were looking forward to a relaxed 4-day family escape with our 3-year-old child. Unfortunately, our experience started in a very uncomfortable way already during check-in.

The receptionist who welcomed us came across as unfriendly and not very empathetic. While she was explaining the hotel information, my husband asked a few questions, and the situation quickly became tense. Instead of responding calmly, she reacted in a rude manner and even said that she could refuse to accommodate us and that we could leave the hotel because he had “interrupted” her explanation.

When she noticed that I speak Russian, she switched to Russian and complained to me about my husband’s behaviour, saying that interrupting her was inappropriate. This made the situation even more uncomfortable for us as guests, especially right at the beginning of a family holiday.

Later, as the hotel presents itself as a wellness and spa hotel, I tried to book a massage. Unfortunately, this was also handled in a confusing and disappointing way. At first, I was told that one massage alone would not be possible and that two treatments would need to be booked, because the massage therapist would not come for only one appointment. After we found another hotel guest who was willing to book a second massage on the same day, we were then given a different explanation: the massage therapist apparently does not work on weekends at all.
This was surprising, especially for a wellness hotel where many guests probably arrive for a weekend stay. In the end, it felt as if the service was advertised but not really available in a practical way.

We understand that staff may have procedures and that certain services depend on availability. However, the communication could have been much more friendly, transparent and solution-oriented.

הצוות קצת נוקשה לאורחים ונותן הרגשה שהם הקובעים בהכול שם(זמני ארוחות,זמני סגירת הספא המוקדם,ומנסים כול דבר קטן לחייב אותך)
