Bon séjour pour une sortie parisienne.
Pros:

Emplacement très bien par rapport à notre soirée au théâtre Marigny. Métro très proche,point très positif pour nous..( 5mn )Chambre un peu petite mais literie impeccable et surtout chambre très propre . Douche étroite.Petit dejeuner servi en salle.Choix au niveau des boissons chaudes,jus de fruits viennoiseries toujours appréciées,
Petit déjeuner complet .Tres bien.
Endroit très calme.

Cons:

Entrée de l’hôtel un peu triste mais je pense par manque d’espace

Location is excellent.

Cons:

Just because I am Eastern European it doesn't mean that I am Russian and that I speak Russian language. It felt very wrong to be spoken in Russian by the hotel staff.
The room was ground floor and not well isolated.
I mean that the price - quality balance is not there.

Hôtel propre et très bien situé
Pros:

Super emplacement, à quelques pas de la ligne 1, et de l'arc de Triomphe, donc des Champs-Elysées. Quartier de l'hôtel très calme, et avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants variés alentours. La prochaine chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, avec un ascenseur.

Cons:

Je dirais la taille de la chambre, assez serré, et la taille de l'ascenseur, très petit.

Hotel je umisten ve skvele lokaci, na trase metra kde je vetsina pamatek a odkud se snadno dostanete kam potrebujete.
Personal hotelu je moc milý a ochotný Vám vždy pomoci. Na rohu ulice je skvělá pekárna, na hlavni ulici skvělé restaurace.Doporučuji.

Decent hotel with lovely staff and great location
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and friendly. The room was very clean. The location is great- a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and surrounded by supermarkets, take aways and cafes etc. It was reasonable value for money. We walked to lots of places including the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. It was good that there was a courtyard but unfortunately it wasn't the sort of weather for sitting outside.

Cons:

The room facilities mentioned tea and coffee facilities but we found they weren't in the room. I had my own cup and teabags so could use the kettle in the breakfast annexe but we were on the 4th Floor and it's good to have a cup of tea as soon as you get up. I mentioned the discrepancy re the room description but was initially told it wasn't possible. However, I asked again on the second day and was given a kettle for the room, which was great , as that was all I needed , as I had my own tea bags and don't take milk. I might have had the breakfast but at €10 for croissants, bread and jam with no eggs or fruit, I thought it didn't sound especially good value.
