Melhor hotel custo-benefício
Pros:

Gostei da atenção, agilidade, presteza e simpatia dos colaboradores, que se dedicam para atender às nossas necessidades, quando os solicitações e ainda são simpáticos. A unidade é espaçosa, confortável, com ótima cama e cobertores. O café da manhã bem completo e diversificado. Solicitamos cobertor extra, rapidamente entregaram e o travesseiro também.

Cons:

O único problema que tinha era a ducha do banheiro que estava vazando, mas, comunicamos à recepção e imediatamente o manutenções muito simpático veio trocar.

Já sou acostumada ficar no hotel, por conta da localização, esse é o ponto principal.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei o banheiro com cheiro de esgoto saindo do ralo, ar condicionado extramente barulhento e a tv quase sem sinal. O quarto estava limpo porém não tinha cheiro de limpeza, principalmente no banheiro.

Ótimos funcionários. Todos procuram fazer o melhor, muito atenciosos.

Cons:

As instalações dos quartos estão precárias. Aparelhos de ar condicionado sem funcionar e sem limpeza há muito tempo. Trocam o quarto e o problema se repete. Toalhas e roupa de cama surradas, com marcas e ásperas. Não tem secador. A limpeza de quarto e banho deixam a desejar. Camas e travesseiros descartáveis.
