Filtros dos arcondicionados ( da sala e do quarto ) totalmente obstruído de tanta sujeira acumulada (parece que meses sem limpeza - péssimo para meu filho que apresentou crise de rinite alérgica durante a madrugada, não conseguiu dormir bem e precisou fazer prova de concurso no dia seguinte)...constatei após abrir a tampa e precisar limpar. O chuveirinho deixou o banheiro cheio de água pois vazava água pela mangueira durante o uso. Não consegui dormir no sofá cama pois o colchão era fino para uma armação ( tipo de grade ) feita de ferro.
