Pros:

The Queen suite was of good size for the 3 beds in it, making it roomy for our family. The temperature was easily kept for sleeping.

Melinda went beyond expectation. My wife suffers from sciatica and needed an upholstered
chair. Memlinda personally brought a chair in from another room.

Not what I thought it would be.
Pros:

Check in was nice. The desk clerk was friendly. However the halls had a bad smell going to the room. The room was not clean! There was so much long dark hair in the bathroom there is no way that it was cleaned properly. The hair continued on into the bed spread and that looked like it had not been washed in a long time. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I had to go get bathroom towels, bath matt.
