Great hotel but facilities let it down
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable bedrooms, easy check in

Pros:

Üzleti úthoz választottuk, nagyon jó helyen van, ez fontos szempont volt.
Modern, kényelmes, tiszta, barátságos hely.
Kényelmes ágy, szerettem a fürdőszoba kialakítását, a szoba mérete jól ki van használva, nem zsúfolt, de minden van amire szükségünk volt. Finom svédasztalos reggeli volt.

Cons:

Csak egy apró jelzés, az ablakra egy függönyt elviseltünk volna. Ha a sötétítőt behúztuk, nem volt fény, anélkül intimitás nem volt.
Valamint ami nekem nőként kicsit problémás volt a sminkelés, a fényviszonyok miatt. De mindezek nem befolyásolják, hogy jó szívvel tudjam ajánlani a szállodát. ☺️

Zimmer sind top isoliert, Betten sehr gemütlich

In unserem Zimmer gab es an einem Tag einen Wasserdurchbruch vom Zimmer darüber. Wir hatten Glück dass wir gerade zu der Zeit im Zimmer waren, da sonst unsere gesamten Toilettsachen komplett nass und dreckig gewesen wären. Wir haben sofort an Rezeption angerufen, die meinten es kommt jemand und repariert das. Natürlich hätte auch geputzt werden müssen, weil dieses Wasser von oben extrem dreckig war und alles schmutzig war. Wir sind dann los und es wurde uns versichert dass es in unserer Abwesenheit behoben wird. Wir waren an diesem Abend auf einem Konzert und deswegen erst wieder um 3 Uhr morgens im Hotel, gehen ins Zimmer und alles war wie davor! Nichts geputzt, nichts! Wir mussten dann um 3 Uhr morgens in ein neues Zimmer umziehen, was extrem mühsam war und unnötig. Das hätte man uns auch am Nachmittag schon anbieten können! Einfach insgesamt schade weil es sonst sehr schön war, aber auch danach wars einfach so allen bisschen egal, was vom Service her schon sehr weird ist.

This was an exceptional stay from start to finish. The service is truly top-notch, every staff member was warm and genuinely helpful, which made a real difference throughout the stay. A complimentary room upgrade on arrival was a lovely and unexpected touch that set the tone right away.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The gym is fairly simple, but it has everything you need for a good workout, and the views over the city are a great bonus.

The location is also a major highlight as it’s set in an area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Overall, a fantastic experience with thoughtful service and great attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend!

Sicuramente la posizione è eccellente, attaccata alla metro.
Struttura bella, pulita e giovanile.
Personale super cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Sinceramente la camera non mi hanno fatto impazzire, a parte la doccia grande e bella.
Il bagno è praticamente un tutt'uno con la camera.
Poca illuminazione vicino agli specchi, quindi difficile truccarsi.
Molto caldo all'interno della camera e difficile la regolazione con il termostato.
Il letto era composto da due materassi, consiglio di mettere un bel topper per togliere l'effetto "buco" fra un materasso e l'altro.
