The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately staff stated they were severely understaffed and it showed in the lack of maintenance on the entire property. Garbage blowing around, lawn not mowed, and weeds taking over the shrubs.

Nice location

The property is aged and rundown and the breakfast isn't very good for $170 a night. And the hotel wouldn't allow an early checkout because I booked through Expedia. When Expedia called them they said they were too busy to take the call so I paid for an additional overpriced night for no reason.

Have stayed there 2-4 times a year for the last 3 years. It has gotten worse and we will not be back. The place is getting run down and dirty. They run out of breakfast food all the time. Some of the staff at the front desk are not friendly.

The bathroom needs some serious updating. It was disgusting!! The bed was extremely comfortable though. The breakfast was ok at best. They ran out of eggs and I had to ask for more waffle mix. The gentleman that I believe was the manager seemed annoyed that it happened. I would not return to this property.

We had a great time here! Decent hot breakfast, though it’s the same daily so it gets a little boring for a longer stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, we would and likely will stay here again!

Bathroom had no vent fan for steam evacuation during showering leaving the room damp afterwards.
Room climate control constant fan feature didn't work and the filter was dirty leaving the room smelling like a chlorinated swimming pool. Had to purchase an air freshening spray to mask the smell. One of the bedside table lamps had a broken on/off switch rendering it not useable.

Great place to stay. For being on 51 the rooms were quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious.The breakfast in the morning was nice. I wish they had a lounge on the property for guests. Definatley stay there again.

Our stay for the most part was just fine. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working.

Our first room has a toilet that leaked & the bathroom floor was always wet. We asked for a new room which was clean. Pet friendly.

Room was great. Staff was great. Hot tub not working, and pool not heated.

Great location. Rooms are OK, not great. Front desk help should be better, didn’t follow through on requests and charged me for our stay when it was paid in advance. They did refund, but it took phone calls and a week.

The staff were sweet and very kind. We had a great stay here and love’s it. The only down fall is that the bathroom doesn’t lock properly.

Check- in was fast & easy, very polite and informative gentleman at the desk. Breakfast was just ok, Room was clean and bed comfortable.

We stay here because of their closeness to the shopping area. Walking distance.
