Good pools and spa
Got food poisoning from the all inclusive buffet. We visited the local doctor who mentioned that they regularly have visitors from this hotel.

Ég bað um svalir með sól svo að ég gæti setið á svölunum og málað og var það lítið mál en svo kom á daginn að það var engin sól á svölunum og bað ég um breytingu en það var ekki hægt og ekki næstu daga þegar ég spurði og á endanum gafst ég upp, spurning hvort maður fái lélegt herbergi ef bókað er með Booking
vöknuðum við að fólk sturtaði niður á hæðinni fyrir ofan

ekkert hægt að stylla loftræstingu og var kalt í herberginu og mér boðið teppi þegar ég spurði út í þetta, slökktum á loftræstingu og viftunum til að það hitnaði í herberginu

This hotel provided a tranquil setting right on the coast. We had a warm welcome and the attitude of all the hotel workers gave us a feeling of comfort and trust. The room was spacious with lots of wardrobes, a decent bathroom, and a small but very hany kitchenette. The outside space was large enough with plenty of sunbeds. A huge plus in february was the warmed outdoor pool ! The little ones had a super soft play area, and were safe. It was good that they could use the spa area for a short time in the mornings. The spa was free and excellent, although some services were charged for, massages etc, my pertner had a massage and found it was great value for her 40 euros. The food was standard european buffet fare, fresh and tasty if not always imaginative. We had themes each evening though, and the poolside snackbar catered well during the day. Evening entertainment got off to a start with a regular mini disco, which the children enjoyed. After that a choice, stay downstairs and watch an hour show or pop to the lobby bar to listen to a singer. All very good. The circus act that we saw on friday evening downstairs was top dollar entertainment. We felt sad to leave and will revisit, we had a wonderful time .

Lovely spot overlooking the ocean. We walked along the promenade most evenings and Arguineguin had some nice looking restaurants and cafes to try but we were all inclusive so enjoyed the hotel buffet. Food was good, plenty of choice, lots of salads and veggies for me as I’m mostly vegetarian, and meat and fish choices for my husband. Beautiful view of sunset from restaurant terrace. Spa was great and small gym had most of what we needed. The small protected beach close by was perfect for a swim - water a cool 19/20C. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and catered for all ages.
Had the best sleeps lulled by the sound of the waves.
Most of the morning sunshine around the pool is reserved for the smoking area, which seems a bit unfair to non smokers. They are a bit mean with towels, just a small thin bath and hand towel for each guest. You could rent beach towels though for small fee.

Mēs nesaņēmām ģimenes numuru ar balkonu un skatu uz okeānu, kādu bijām rezervējuši jau pus gadu iepriekš. Atruna, ka sūtot caur booking nevar garantēt izvēlēto istabas veidu. Mūs izmitināja dīvainā, tumšā istabā, bez balkona. Jutāmies kā pagrabā, vannas istaba līdzinājās morgam. Recepcijā mēģināja iestāstīt, ka tā ir īpaši laba istaba ar džakuzi (varbūt pirms 20 gadiem...). Nākamajā dienā mums iedeva citu istabu, diemžēl tā bija paredzēta tikai 2 cilvēkiem, nevis ģimenei, bet vismaz tajā iespīdēja arī gaisma...
Koridoros nebija iespējas aizvērt durvis, bija milzīgs caurvējš, kas iešanu uz spa zonu un baseiniem padarīja ļoti nepatīkamu.
Personals nelaipns un neatsaucīgs. Neradās sajūta, ka kādam būtu svarīgi kā jūtas viesi.
Istabene atnāca saklāja gultas un ar netīriem apaviem izmīcījas pa dvieļiem uz grīdas vannasistabā tos nesamainot. Kas tāds vēl nebija redzēts!
Ēdiens - ļoti bieži tur atradās produkti no iepriekšējās dienas, kas vairs nebija svaigi. Brokastīs maz dārzeņu/augļu. Pārsvarā junk food.
Cena neadekvāti augsta priekš 3 zvaigžņu viesnīcas. Daudz kur nepieciešama renovācija.
Hace casi 20 años desde que me aloje en este hotel por primera vez y solo tengo cosas positivas que decir.
Esta vez me gustaria aprovechar para mandar un saludo al equipo del Spa y en especial a la masajista del sabado 7 de junio, que realizo un gran masaje deportivo.

Como punto negativo solo puedo mencionar el recurrente problema con los ascensores, por los cuales a veces hay que esperar unos minutos.
È un buon hotel e lo consiglio anche se ci sono cose che possono essere migliorate.
Animazione carina la sera e cibo buono.
Fermata bus attaccata così da poterti spostare.
Spa, con una delle vasche con acqua salata, molto carina anche se l’accesso ai bimbi è solo per due ore la mattina.
Mi aspettavo un servizio ancora più alto visto il prezzo.
